Every morning, I'm greeted by their cheerful faces and positive energy that's more energizing than their delicious coffee. Their efficiency is remarkable – they handle the morning rush with grace and precision, getting everyone's orders right and keeping the line moving smoothly. Even during the busiest times, they maintain their friendly demeanor and make each customer feel valued.

What really sets this team apart is their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers. They remember regular customers' orders and always take the time to ensure everything is perfect. Those fresh, hot biscuits come out consistently delicious, and watching them work together like a well-oiled machine is impressive.

Staff were not friendly and inviting. Went to use the restroom, but decided not to as it was nasty filthy. Once we received our food, we went to get our drinks. The drink station was dirty and unkept. Had to ask for a fork because there were no forks at the drink station. And when I did ask, the staff seemed to be "put out" over it. The manager, instead having her staff clean the dining area, drink station or bathroom, sat down in the dining area, ate pizza and watched tv. And what made things even worse........ myself and my son, were the only two patrons in the place, so they weren't busy! And the final straw for the bad experience. Wanted to share something that made my morning. I had arrived early morning and was waiting up front to place an order. Kiki walking in to work to start her early shift noticed (other reps were still helping drive through and kindly asked me to wait a sec) and even walked briskly to help out and take my order. She didn't even drop down her keys yet, clock in, or even get a chance to say good morning to her colleagues. What may seem like a little gesture, had a great rippling effect....
