An update after below comments.
Returned to this location a few days later. This time Marleen had some smart mouth remarks to make..I said nothing before she started running off at the mouth. Totally unprevocked. This explains why Marleen passes of substandard product. Marleen doesn't care about product or customers. Marleen thinks she can give us bad product..smart comments and we should just pay her and throw money into her tip cup. Guess what, there are other places that smile and give consistent excellent product that I can spend my money at. Marleen doesn't need to be in this job. Total attitude problem all across the board. Marleen should keep her smart comments to her self and do her job the correct way.. How did someone like this become a manager? I demoted this location from a five star to a 3 star. Now moving it to a 1 star and won't be back to this location. I love Dunkin I will go to another location in NMB until the new location on hwy 9 is built. Good bye little River store and good bye to Marleen ruining my Dunkin experiance. Nothing worse then having a great day..going to treat yourself and girlfriend to a 11$ coffee treat. And having some bitter,lying,uncaring person ruin your day each time you go there. Who wants to spend money on that. I wonder how Marleen would feel if she received the same type of service while spending her money.

I originally had this location at 5 stars. The quality of product and employees has gone down hill..worst part is the employees admit to giving poor quality product..but they serve it anyway...this store is the store of 1000 excuses. Always some excuse..but they admit to giving you bad product and expect tips while they are doing it...what is up with that..if it is bad...dont serve it...!!! Is that too hard to understand..Marleen the manager serves me sweet tea..that looks like water. She tries to convince me the tea always looks like that. I love Dunkin Donuts sweet tea. I have had hundreds of them over the years. On other occassions serves drinks that are only 2 thirds full. Any time you go to this location after 7 or 8...they claim they are out of esspresso..when I know the real truth is they clean the machine hours before they close..and long before they are supposed to and are too lazy to serve esspresso and make fresh sweet tea. Instead they water it down because it is easy for them. This is the problems with service industry today..they dont pay their people enough to care...I will say morning shift I have had no issues. This pic is what Marleen the "manager"serves and calls Dunkin donuts sweet tea...I would understand some young minimum wage employee not caring about product quality and try to lie to about it....But the "manager"?? What is she teaching her employees? What kind of example is this? Look at all of the recent 1 and 2 star ratings...Hmmm..is there a link??...
Read moreJust did not give us everything we asked for nor did they give us a receipt. I foolishly drove away without doing an inspection of the items but quickly realized I had no where near the amount of food I ordered. After parking in the parking lot and assessing my missing items I went in and they gave me half of what I ordered and as I had no proof that we ordered more than that because we didn’t get the receipt, after returning to the car I realized we also did not get one of the sandwiches we ordered but at that point it was a lost cause, I moved on and accepted my fate of this Dunkin’ Donuts simply being incompetent and with the knowledge of never returning.
Update: After writing the beginning of this review I found out that I also did not get the correct sandwich, I am also certain they did not get our orders confused with another vehicle due to me getting a jelly donut and chocolate munchkins which, as far I’m aware, is not extremely common, as well as us not receiving a beverage which is a common order.
In conclusion: the items included in our order compared to what we ordered is listed below

Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, believe me I would. This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I have to pass through Little River on my way home from our beach place, and this morning I left the house at 6 AM in dire need of a coffee. I pull up to the speaker and started ordering a breakfast sandwich wanting a comvo. Very abrasively the voice on the other end barks "we don't do that anymore do something else". I ask for a pistachio coffee to which the voice replies "we don't do that pick something else" I then ask for a Heath coffee and pull to the window. She hands me an almond joy flavored coffee and I explained I asked for heath. To this she belligerently replies "no you didn't. I repeated the order back to you and you did not say that." I said "okay whatever I'll just take it." She then begins to.try to grab it out of my hands and request (rudely) to make the heath. I payed for my order and got the hell out. The sandwich was cold, the coffee wasn't mixed at all. WORST SERVICE EVER. My advice if you want a coffee in little river? Go to a gas sfation, McDonald's, someones house for God's sake before you go to...
