I walked in to pick up my breakfast I ordered through doordash. there was an employee standing at the register off to the right of me. she never acknowledged me. I thought maybe she was clocking in or out. or maybe on break because she just stood there drinking her drink and kind of hanging out. I also noticed what it looked like a member of management leaned over the back counter with her backside facing me and the front door. she never moved from that position or spot the entire time. another employee walked by and looked as though she was working, gathering orders for the drive thru. still nothing. finally a male employee emerges and acknowledges me. he asked if I was picking up for door dash and asked for the name. I said yes and stated my name. Demetria. ( pronounced Duh- Mee- Tree- Uhh ) he then says ok and starts looking around for my order on the counter. I then overheard the "possible member of management" woman (still with her back side turned to me) and his conversation about my order. I gathered that my order wasnt even ready or even thought of because they both appeared to be lost and confused about how to do their job. I then hear the manager lady say my name very loudly and actually correctly and then say, "or whatever her name is," with the nastiest attitude. My daughter was standing there waiting with me and overheard her loud and clear. I stood in silence while my daughter reiterated what we both heard and then goes on a rant on how rude and unprofessional the manager and staff all were. I stood there waiting like an invisible person while the staff laughed and joked and were being loud and saying inappropriate things to one another. No one said im sorry we are getting your order or let me know anything. My daughter was so upset she went to go and sit down in the dinning area near by. There were a few other customers in the restaurant sitting down and eating but it was not busy on the inside or in the drive thru. While we hung around feeling uncomfortable, waiting on my food, that notified me to be done about 15- 20 mins ago now. Another customer walks in and I overheard someone in the back kitchen area yell over the staff and manager playing around. "Hey yall there are customers waiting in the front." I rhen hear another employee say "oh well he just walked in." The employee that appeared to be busy with the drive thru earlier, came out and greeted the man very nicely and took his order. I still stood there still very much invisible and still waiting for my food. I remained silent with the worst look on my face of irritation and annoyance. My daughter approached me and asked what was wrong i told her im annoyed. After maybe 5 -10 mins later the male employee came back and handed me my food. I stood over at a table and checked to make sure the amount of items were in the bag. I made it home and come to find out they messed up my order with the wrong sandwich. I went through all the disrespect and waited around just for an incompetent staff and unprofessional manager to still mess up my order. I will never eat from this...
Read moreSave yourself some aggravation, go through the drive-thru!! Straight off the bat, the parking lot was full of trash. Walk in go straight to the restroom to wash up. No paper towels. Start to walk up to the counter where there are at least four employees. One of them is a Shift Supervisor, one of them a Shift Supervisor "in training", the drive-thru worker waiting for food and Miss Anita on her way out to deliver food to the dinning room. The Shift Supervisor; in an effort to show her trainee how not to treat your customers, turns and says "someone will be right with you" and her and the trainee walk away. Makes me wonder if waiting on customers isn't in the job description for "Shift Supervisors." So sometime later, another female employee meanders from the back of the kitchen and hurriedly takes my order as if she's bothered by the whole experience. We get our drinks and sit down and shortly after our food comes. I ordered onion rings and was wondering if they had onion ring sauce. I head back up to the counter to the same scenario. Shift Supervisor and trainee at the food shoot getting their learn on. Miss Anita's in and out with food orders. Again, Shift Supervisor can't be bothered helping customers and turns to tell me once again, "someone will be right with you." I stop her mid-sentence and tell her I just want to know if they have onion ring sauce. She explains that they don't and I go back to eating my food. By now, I'm really not digging the level of customer service at this restaurant so I figured I'd observe more while I ate. I watched the girl that waited on me playing with her hair, rubbing her eye or adjusting her contact and then take an eternity to make a milkshake. The Shift Supervisor continues to set a bad example for her Supervisor in training and employees by ignoring customers as they stand at the counter. The trainee completely ignores everyone at the counter. I watch customer after customer attempt to get tea only to find out it is empty and have to go through the counter experience all over agin to get a refill. The drive-thru attendant brings her lunch out to eat and was friendly and makes conversation. Later she exclaims that she is having to eat on the clock because she was told to take a lunch but the person that was relieving her went to lunch. I continue to watch Miss Anita seemingly the only shred of glue keeping this place together. I made it my mission to see her name to recognize her as the only person that leaves this place tired at the end of the day. She is the only one delivering food, taking customer orders and refilling tea at the counter because the tea was never replaced in the dinning room.
This restaurant is in need of some serious Spring cleaning starting with the Shift Supervisor and her trainee. It needs someone to be a good example, someone that will stop what they're doing to assist customers. Someone...
Read moreI pulled up to the drive through and the ai voice asked to take our order. After we put in an order, there was no reply. We sat there close to five minutes and still no reply. When we got ready to pull up to the window to see what the problem was, a man on the intercom said to please wait one moment.
After waiting a few more minutes, I decided to just go inside and order. As soon as I came inside, the young boy at the counter visually expressed that he was frustrated by saying “Damn”. I’m guessing because the door hadn’t been locked and another customer came inside. There were two other people by the counter waiting for their food. He walked right over and promptly locked the door. Mind you this is almost 25-30 minutes before time to close.
At no point did the employee greet me or say that he’d be with me in a moment. I stood there for a few minutes and even the customer asked me if I was going to order. I said that I would order when the employee was ready. There were three employee just stood there with his back to the customers and seemed like he was waiting on the single guy in the back to prepare the food. There was a third person with a yellow shirt on sweeping or mopping the floor in the back.
After a few more minutes, I decided to leave because this guy working seemed like he was really disappointed that he had to take orders during the normal business hours of operation. I could understand if I came in 3 minutes before closing time. Maybe they were short staffed or something. If he had just told me that they were a little backed up and that it would be a moment before he got to me, I could’ve easily understood that. But no, he completely ignored me. The only time he acknowledged me was when I asked him if I should unlock this door so I could leave.
Very unprofessional behavior. I think it will a very long time before I visit this...
