Pulled up to the drive through and was told to wait. Although, we had to not only wait for them to swap registers, we order at the drive through, pulled up and had to repeat the order. Then was told to pull up because they were waiting in tenders. Let’s be clear it’s approximately 1:20pm. I look to the right of my and another car was also told to pull up. The car behind me is literally sitting back there also waiting for their order. If you’ll are going to be a cook to order, I think this is something you should tell everyone. Before, I could get my other the lady comes out and ask can I pull up a little more, I did respectfully. I look in my rearview mirror as she is going back into the store and all I see is smoke. So she is vaping and taking orders I guess. When you’re dealing with people food and drink going to your mouth and touching things is not a good look. I stopped eating at Hardee’s decades ago. My elderly mom wanted something from here and this is not her normal is why we were here, NEVER AGAIN! Customer service at this place now has just become comical these days. Never will I spend another dollar investment here. We paid for the order at 1:17pm according to my receipt, and we received the order (in hand) at all while the ice melting in the ice tea we already had received. 1:36 pm the car behind me gets their food and I was there first to place the order. Again, the lady working the window is handing out food and vaping. It’s now 1:38 pm and the vaping lady brings our food, just to say Sorry for the wait and walks off. Read moreI really wish that I could give negative stars because this is the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to in my life. For starters I placed two online orders that I was going to pick up in the drive through, got to the drive through and was yelled at and told my orders were not ready and I had to come inside(mind you it had been over 15 mins since placing the order). Once I parked and walked in the store it was complete chaos that is not a joke. I was told at first she didn’t see the orders and supposedly I was talking to the manager. Then I was told the orders hadn't been made yet, after that she comes up and tells me they don’t sale croissants and they never have. I asked her how was I able to order a product (store specific) that you didn’t have she gave me no response. She would not issue a refund so they took my money and gave me no food. The icing on the cake was when the store workers started asking customers IN LINE “Why don’t y'all just go to Burger King or McDonald’s?” in my personal opinion that is pretty awful you are suggesting people to leave your establishment just because you are busy. If this location is unable to keep help or is unable to handle a small morning rush on a Wednesday and continuously offering HORRIBLE customer service why don’t they just go ahead and shut down instead of keeping a location open that can barley stay afloat and has employees who yell at you and make the whole over all experience awful. Read moreThe restaurant was just remodeled and the place looks really good and the food isn't an issue as the quality is good overall. My issue with this location is one of the employees, I believe she is a manager at the location. I've come to this location for a long time as it's the closest Hardee's near my work and there are one of two people who seem to be in charge. One is very nice and quick and polite. The other doesn't seem to like me at all. I'm not really sure why but I think it's because I use the Hardee's app to get rewards, she seems very annoyed that I use the app and one time back when one of the rewards was a free 1/3lb thickburger she argued with me that it wasn't free and it was buy one get one and I showed her that the reward showed it was a free burger without purchase and she finally gave it to me. Today (8/23) I just ate lunch at this location and she was there today at the register and I used the reward for $1 off a combo and she seemed unhappy to see me as usual and this location now accept Apple Pay and I went to pay with my Apple Watch and she told me they didn't accept that type of payment and I informed I had used it there before and asked if could just try and she rolled her eyes and said go ahead and the payment went through. The people who came in after me seemed to be on her good side as she was very nice to them. I'm fine with not being liked even if I didn't do anything wrong but I just ask to be treated like everyone else that walks...
