I have been going to the Village Tavern since summer 2020. My good friend now deceased Jacky, she introduced me to this place. She passed Feb 2021, and after that I have went to the tavern ever since. So many wonderful memories there, I could write a novel on it. The regulars treat everyone like family, the bartender look out for you and make sure you have your things and make it home safely. Nikki an amazing bartender that makes the best mix drinks, Jordan helping her as well! The owner does an awesome job with keeping the place fun and active with Bingo, and Karaoke nights! I will always continue on going to the Village Tavern not only because it’s a very place I feel close with my best friend but also the people there, who may have knew me, and some go there to make other feels welcomed, have fun. Definitely recommend going there and trying it out! There nacho and chips are 10/10 my...
Read moreThe DJ on Friday recently changed. At one point there was more songs being played(while the DJ went to converse) then kareoke being sung. Then there was confusion with the rotation names crossed off the list. People were having to explain to the DJ because someone let someone sing a song. The DJ didnt recognize the person. CONFUSION I personally come for the kareoke and drinks. I had to stop buying drinks because the music( that was being played versus sung) was putting me to sleep literally . The DJ did pick it up after a while (a long while the last hour). Mind you I got there at 9pm till 2am. Friday has become the WORST night( till proven diferently). Saturday is the better night currently and I don't come out during the week. The bartenders are always awsome and keep it flowing. The crowd is decent will get...
Read moreThe first time I met the owner of this tavern I immediately felt her kind and giving spirit. I have read all the reviews of the ones that speak negatively about her business not supporting veterans. I find that hard to believe because you are not talking about the same person I know! She does support veterans and would do anything to help anyone! People are joining one person’s agenda to try and ruin a person’s reputation but it isn’t unnoticed by God! I pray for the man that got his feelings hurt because of his mistake not the owner’s! Keep doing what you do and that is serving your community snd customers well at your Village Tavern! God knows your heart and He will handle the consequence of this person’s anger! Thank you Village Tavern for doing...
