We recently dined at Hawaii Seafood Steak House which we had an absolutely fantastic experience. The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented, with each piece bursting with flavor. The highlight of the evening, however, was the hibachi dinner

We opted for various combinations of lobster, chicken, shrimp, and scallops, and each was cooked to perfection. The lobster was tender and succulent, the chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, the shrimp were plump and flavorful, and the scallops melted in your mouth

Additionally, the seafood boil was a standout. Packed with a variety of seafood including crab legs, it was seasoned perfectly and cooked to just the right texture. The blend of spices used was impeccable, bringing out the best in every ingredient

We went with high hopes on the reviews but left vastly disappointed. I ordered Calamari, veggie tempura, husband ordered tuna tataki, steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Calamari was super chewy/hard and overcooked. The tempura veggies tasted like they were soaked in water for quite awhile, I took a bite of the broccoli and the inside was very mushy. Ramen noodles were undercooked with massive portions stuck together and overwhelming rancid egg flavor. Hibachi was decent was only 3 shrimp. Tuna was underwhelming. Clear soup very salty and very different than anything I’ve had before. Server was nice and took off the ramen when asked. When we first sat at a booth there was a bucket collecting water from the AC so we moved. I’m not sure if they just had a bad night, but it’s bad enough that I don’t think I’ll risk going again....

Comically horrible. If I knew that there were Hispanics in the back cooking Asian food, I would’ve went somewhere else. I asked for a shrimp tempura roll and they gave me the thinnest shrimp known to man and put damn LETTUCE in the sushi. I asked for hibachi chicken and my chicken was tough and bland, I asked them to fix it and they brought out another bowl of bland chicken. They didn’t even have sweet-and-sour sauce for my Rangoon‘s And the waitress told me they had a sweet sauce alternative then brought out spicy mayo. To top it off said waitress shift ended and was just about to leave and we had to flag her down and ask who our replacement waiter is and she pointed and...
