Subway — Restaurant in Sumter

Unless your hours are wrong on the website, and the people in Sumter that live by this establishment don't know what time you close - how are you trying to close an hour ahead on time???? So to the fact that you don't have all meat choices available on the bar, are almost out of the others and ready trying to close everything down. My daughter was trying to get a cold cut trio (y'all had no meat for), a Italian BMT (did not have meat for that either), cookies I can understand because those aren't always available regardless of time of day. She ended up getting a spicy Italian sub, and a tuna sub. When I tell you, there wasn't much Tuna on my sub when I opened it, it was pathetic. Then the lady that was trying to close down, was moving condiments, so that the lady had to go find the mayonnaise to finish my daughters sandwich. I stop by to pick up a few subs for dinner for my family and the two young ladies that were there handling the customers at the restaurant were professional and very kind. Both Brianna and Shante had their hands full trying to both serve the drive-through customers as well as the parlor customers in the restaurant. It was afternoon rush-hour but about 5 o’clock and some of the patrons were extremely rude and one even verbally abusive. I just wish the public would show a little bit more respect to young people that work in these restaurants positions because their jobs are not easy. These young ladies deserve a lot of praise for the way they represented your company this particular day, because I witnessed a lot of disrespect towards them from the customers that were coming through the drive-through. I went tonight through the drive tru and was looking through the drive-tru window as they were making my order and the little girl in there look like she was still in high school drop the weap that the sub sits on and off the floor floor and picks it back up and puts my sub on it and starts making my sub and when I mention it to her to ask her to remake my sandwich they agree to do that but when I’m watching them carefully now at this point I’ve done seen them drop my wrap on the floor and pick it back up with the same gloves she made my dirt sub with…she changes her gloves and put the same sandwich that she was supposed to remake in the bag and tell me that she threw it away but it was the exact same sub and they was laughing around joking about it the whole time.
