Funny that Google should ask me to rate my visit as I just left there.
Went through the drive-thru and was told I would have to wait for my chicken to be made. I ordered the family 12-piece with 3 sides (1 fries, 2 of dirty rice) The drive-thru attendant told me I would have to wait 10 mins for my chicken to be made. I said that was fine and I would wait. She was silent for about 30 seconds. I wasn't sure what was going on. I said hello do I need to pull around? She came back on saying there is a wait for the chicken. I again said that was ok. She asked me to pull to the 2nd window.
When I got to the window they once again told me I would need to wait for my order. I said that is fine. She assured me it would take 10 mins. She then rang me up. Then asked me to pull forward. Why did I need to pull forward with no one behind me? š
Well, I pulled forward and waited......
25 mins later an employee came out to hand an order to someone that pulled up within minutes at the mobile curbside. I said can you please check my order, I've been here for 25 mins. They asked to see my receipt and I showed them where it said 4:42pm it was now 5:08pm. They said wow, ok and zipped off with my receipt in hand.
Yes, I know they purposely took my receipt because it had a survey on it. But I also know Wanda, so she will hear personally from me about this experience and my review. Then once again I waited without a receipt or food. Finally, at 5:20pm my food came to my car window. I asked the girl for my reciept and she said she didn't have it, but would send someone out with it.
Not a third time I wasn't waiting. I left.
Got home and wouldn't you know it. Only thing that was hot was the 2 skinny chicken legs. There was 6 wings, 1 breast, 3 thighs. The wings were hard as if they sat there all day in the warmer and dried out. š« The biscuits were decent. My 2 sides of dirty rice were disappointing one of them was half filled with mash potatoes. The large fry was half full and the fries were also hard not fresh.

We got a kids meals (chicken supremes (aka tenders)) with mashed potatoes and gravy, a side of macaroni and cheese, and an adult chicken supremes meal with fries. We also opted to get bo-berry (blueberry) biscuits for breakfast later this week and they reheated well. My toddler loves them and she is not a bread girl. Like I said, food was good. Let me start off with the service wasnāt ābadā, but it was lacking. I pulled up to drive through and it was late (we are unpacking from a new move and lost track of time), maybe about 8pm, and while I was greeted right away via the intercom system, I was asked to wait a second. I waited patiently for about 6 minutes, which would be more understandable if the place as busy, but there was like one customer inside. Regardless, I was like okay thatās fineā¦it is what it is. Then, I paid at the first window and was greeted right away. Second window? I waited and wasnāt really greeted, but handed my food (not fast either - but no worries, itās gotta cook). Once I was given my food, the employee just shut the window and turned her back as I was saying thank you. Sheās quickly reopened it and was like huh? It appeared like maybe she gets less than savory interactions, but my thanking caught her off guard, so she asked huh? In case I had an issue or something I guess. I repeated thank you. Then she said no problem and closed the window again. It was just a tad abrupt, but the system wonāt let me award 4.5/5 stars, or Iād do that since it was minor inconveniences really. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, got to the store, parked and clicked "I'm here". After several minutes it popped up and said to call the store, so I did. Multiple times. Every time I called, it rang several times and then hung up on me. I've waited for more than 30 minutes on my order now. All the whole, drive thru is steady moving, even people being pulled up and their orders brought out to them. This is ridiculous and now I'm late for work. I had to pull out and block the drive thru line and flag down a "manager" that was outside on her phone. She went in and grabbed my bag and said "sorry". Don't waste your time. Just go...
