My wife and I have been wanting to check this place out for a while now and tonight was our first and last time. Upon walking up to the front door we saw a sign out front ā€œTacos all day 3.50ā€ so we were excited for a good Taco Tuesday. Upon walking in we thought it was a decent atmosphere. Server came to our table put a menu in front of us and gave us about 10 seconds before asking if we knew what we wanted. Through our entire dining experience I was blessed with having the head lights from Chick-fil-a’s drive through. Utensils were placed in front of us and about 3 minutes later the waiter came and took them to a different table (did COVID teach nothing) My wife ordered 3 shrimp tacos and I got a steak, chicken and chorizo. All tacos were drown in cilantro and onion. It was so overpowering you couldn’t even taste the meat. The meat on its own was tasteless and unidentifiable. Tortillas were blue and soggy and cold. We asked for the check and noticed 3 out of our 5 tacos were $5+. I asked the waitress because the sign out front said they were $3.50 all day. She said that was only for certain tacos but we were never told nor did the sign say. I asked to speak to the manager/bartender who had been drinking behind the bar the entire time we were there. He told me he had no idea what the sign says and that it says on the website what tacos are $3.50 that I was unaware I needed to check. He was unapologetic and didn’t try to fix anything. He stated I should have asked to move because he can’t control the headlights. Upon leaving I asked if he was supposed to be drinking on duty and his response was ā€œabsolutelyā€. Definitely do...

Can I just say WOW! When checking out some #realestate in Camden we decided to have a quick meal and this place was close. So we went in. It’s situated almost hidden next to Eggs Up Grill.

We did NOT expect what we got in here. As you walk in you’re met with a host/hostess at the register ready to take your order. A simple menu of #Mexican Street Food. And an extensive #cocktails drink menu.

The drinks were interesting. I was in love with the options where you can go with any of there very sophisticated and unbelievably delicious concoctions or create your own #Margarita.

I created a mango-jalepeno; and as odd as that sounds IT IS THE MOST DELICIOUS DRINK I’VE EVER HAD!!! That is until they added their own #mango pepper drink to the menu recently that is even better than my invention šŸ˜…

You will go for the drinks and be won completely over by the food!!! #StreetFood could never describe the culinary art of flavors and textures that has created hands down the BEST #Mexican food I have ever had. And there’ve been a couple of good ones here.

We now drive a half hour weekly-ish just to indulge in our new favorite culinary artistry quick food. You will not...

been a masa veteran since it opened almost 4 yrs ago, met most of my SC friends here, and have always been received with open arms. the best part about masa is not the food or drinks but the people behind the counter that do their best to satisfy the customer. i’ve seen a lot of employees work here and go on to do great things. i consider them part of my family. if u don’t sit at the bar and talk to them one-on-one then you are missing out. if all you want out of the experience is food/drinks then i recommend that you go to their sister restaurants, i.e. salud (camden), san jose (elgin), or coa (columbia). masa’s staff puts love into what they do. if at any point you are dissatisfied, asking nicely and professionally goes a long way here. as for erik, he is the best bartender i’ve met and that means a lot coming from living in vegas for 8 yrs. he is nice, kind, and understanding, but he ain’t no pushover...

This place rocks. Simple, elegant, affordable, absolutely exquisite. I stopped not expecting to get what I got and it was amazing. This place is so much better than any ā€œhigh endā€ restaurant I have on main st in Columbia. You could even order a mixed drink at the prime time of 11:30am on a Monday! Food, simple options. My buddy got a burrito, packed full of meat. Filling. I got a chicken bowl, thing was fresher than the groceries I get at my local food lion, and it was heaping still for less than 10$. If you live in Camden or are stopping by I encourage you to skip the Chik Fil A or Rushes next door and get some nice Mexican food at Masa. My bowl had at least 5oz of chicken, 1 cup of rice, and was filled with veggies. Perfect for a cut. If I’m ever passin through again I’m definitely stopping in again.

Vacationing in the area and found this restaurant on Google Maps. The first thing I saw as I entered the restaurant was the beautiful Christmas Tree. The young lady who took my order at the bar/register was very nice. The restaurant seems clean and popular. This shopping center is very busy, and I ended up parking on the side of the building 2 doors from this restaurant. I ordered the Carne Asada Bowl, and the young lady told me what will be included... black beans, lettuce, rice, tomatoes and cheese and confirmed that I was okay with the ingredients. The ribeye was delicious!! It has so much flavor. The entire bowl was so good. I definitely will come back if I'm in the area again.
