This location is going downhill and fast!!!!! I used to love this location , but it seems that since they sent the old GM Jake away and brought in this new Katie it's just going down. I have been to this location atleast once a day since it opened and sometimes twice a day spending a minimum of 7.32 when my drink was that cost to the point after Jake and most of his amazing crew left that I was going every now and then definitely not out of my way as I did before. Today I actually did attempt again to go this time out of my way and this visit today will definitely be my last. As it has been recently they are always out of things.....I got handed the wrong drink in the drive thur so I told the gentlemen I'd come in, went in stood on plain sight for 7 minutes without drink or even a attempt to make my drink. I finally go to register and request refund and it is only then the cashier says sorry, and the deal sealer is I see Katie sitting down with I assume to be a possible new hire....she gets up hears me complain about the experience to the cashier and not once did she standing behind me apologize nope.....she didn't say anything even as I walked...
Read moreOrdered my usual drink, they told me it was $5.57. It is typically $4.40. When I got to the window I asked them to check how it was ring up. The girl said isn't was ring up correctly. I told her I disagreed unless they had experienced a price change in the last 2 hours ( I purchased a cup a couple of hours earlier in Richmond VA). She said she wasn't the one who rang it up. I asked her to fix it. Another girl came to the window. Pretty much the same conversation, she dice into the price volatility of cream, I asked for the manager. The manager came to the window, got fairly interrogatory. Admitted the price was $4.57. Then she started into how I should speak to her employees. Problem with her statements - I hadn't raised my voice, spoken in n any way condensing. Wife sitting next to me said - maybe we should buy our coffee somewhere else. I looked at the manager and gave her a taste of hostility. Maybe now she understands the difference. Called corporate who apologized, gave me a $10 credit on my card and launched an investigation. Read moreI’ve been here so many times, I couldn’t even count but it was the first time that I guess the manager (Asian woman) came to talk to me about my drink I didn’t request to talk to her but I guess the person who took my order told her or she might hear what I asked the barista guy. I really really appreciate it. She was explaining to me about the matcha powder or green tea that people thought they had 2 kinds( has sugar and no sugar). It’s because normally when baristas didn’t pay attention to my order details they just messed it up and it was not going to be exactly what I wanted. So many times I had to ask if they put any base(to make frappuccino smooth but they also sweet as well) in my drink because I ordered not too and I didn’t expect it to be smooth as silk but just smooth like you don’t feel small ice. She said that her staffs really detail.. and yes I can say. Thank you for making my day.
So my fav drink is green tea frappuccino, venti, extra extra greentea and extra milk, no classic syrup, No base!
