Eggs Up Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

I used to eat here occasionally. A group I have many friends in contacted employees at the Camden EUG a few weeks ago regarding us meeting there on 02-11-2023. They were told to schedule it on Yelp, which they did. The morning of the event, the group was told that EUG Camden's point of sale system was down and they would not be able to accommodate our event. It was implied that EUG Camden might even have to close early because of this glitch.

The group was forced to hastily come up with a "Plan B" and hope anyone planning to attend could be notified of the change. Fortunately, Lugoff House of Pizza was more than willing to accommodate our group on very short notice. Kudos to them for excellent hospitality and food!

A member went by EUG Camden right before or after our scheduled get together was to start to see if anyone who planned to attend the meeting but did not get word of the sudden change of plans might be there. They noted that EUG Camden was packed and doing plenty of business. Apparently they did not want to be bothered with the dozen or so people who showed up from our group. We usually have a great experience. But today not so good. The waiter was rude and flat out didn’t want to wait on a black large table. We were told by the server we had to sit at the front of the restaurant instead of the table we originally had per the host stand. The waiter basically declined the host stand there original plan when she saw us. She tried to say they had a larger table of 13 that had to sit in her section. Mind you we waited a hour to be sat. No Table of 13 walked in the entire time we were there. I walked to the back several times to check. Clearly the waiter didn’t want us in her section. The manager on duty Challenging the customer instead of finding a resolution. Nayomi was great I hope she enjoyed the tip and her service was awesome and most appreciated. The host stand were great and they attempted to be helpful ! The waiter that didn’t want us lost out on a big tip. The manager on duty needs to go to leadership training period.

I have only had one bad experience at this restaurant that's been quite a while back like shortly after they first opened up but I have continue going here because the simplest reason that I get great service here at this point I'll be young ladies are wonderful It is great to go there to great atmosphere the meals taste wonderful hats off to the cooks that's off to all the waitresses to have to deal with some of us idiots out there that want to show their tail they don't deserve for anyone to be rude or show their tail too if you have a problem take it up with them would be nice about it they will work with you they will make it right I have never had an issue but one and they made it right immediately The young man doesn't work there anymore but I honestly would suggest this place to anyone this is a great place to take your family for a quick meal I don't normally give this many stars but I give this me the stars of this restaurant because they are wonderful always have been in...
