Went there tonight with a mobile order and waited over 15 minutes in line for someone to take my name. When I got to the front to have my name taken, it was apparently shift change or a break, neither employee acknowledged me or said anything to me, they talked with each other, but not me. Then waited in the drive thru lane only to be told to pull around to the front and wait for my food, others behind me passed me with their orders. When they finally came out with my order they forgot one of the meals. They told me that my order was being made fresh and would be hot... by the time I waited for the missing meal, my food was cold. I then waited again while the manager was sent back to retrieve items again missing from my order. Staff was rude and dismissive. Management was 0 help. I won't be going back to this location and won't be recommending...
Read moreThis was my second visit; during mid week near mid day. As I approached the restaurant, I noticed the parking area was full of cars and the lobby was packed. I prefer face to face service inside, but I choose the drive thru knowing that Chick-fil-a has excellent drive thru service standards. During my initial contact with relaying my order, I had to correct the associate once with one particular piece count item. The end result, the aforementioned piece count item was incorrect. As I was driving away from the restaurant, I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. I explained to the manager about the mishap with my drive thru order; he immediately apologized for the mistake and offer me the same piece count item at no charge. I appreciate management when they take ownership of mishaps no matter how small they are, but yet offer a token...
Read moreI’m writing this review after multiple times of the same problem occurring. ANY TIME I ask for any extra condiments they give me as little as possible. I bought 2 salads and asked for extra ranch for both. Gave me 1 ranch each for both salads. I also ask for honey roasted bbq for sandwiches and fries for 1 meal. They gave me 2 packets. After spending $40 on 2 salads, a #2 , and a large Mac N Cheese it isn’t right or make sense to give a little more in the bag? And this is why I’ve changed my review from 5 to 2. To ensure you all know I’m insulted. And like I said it happens all the time here. Not enough condiments and no one seems to know what EXTRA means.
