"Completely aweful," we were there to pick up a call in order. We got there about 8:50, after it was already called in. Upon walking in, it was Maddness. There were cars backed up at the walk-in door" waiting for someone to carry out their ,awaited orders. As well about 6 customers inside, not too happy, requesting refunds, getting upset n frustrated asking what the problem is, where's their food, and what's taking so long. Mind you. " There was one guy running the register up front, about 6 people cooking n (?) In the back, n 2 outside on break or (?).. ( a break at 9-10pm) near closing ???? Hum.. All the customers were saying they've been there waiting an hour or more. Delivery services have been waiting longer than an hour. So for our order, which was also for someone else through a service, was just wings, n a drink . They were out of the 1st 4 flavored drinks I had tried, at that time now being 9:52 I just got the food, putting just wings 1 order over n hour wait, no drinks available, the bathrooms were a mess, employees now on their phones n laughing n carrying on. I guess since all the refunds were given, or orders over n hour were finally done n some people finally cleared out. I not once heard or saw a manager kinda like take charge n run the business in an orderly fashion as it should have been. ( especially during a rush if thats what they wanted to call it) Calling out orders, having everyone at a station, anything!! There was nothing of the sort. None of that probably would have even happened if there was someone running the show, i mean, n just to keep things smooth during a busy period, again as it should be. It wasn't even that busy!!!! I've been in n out working" n managing" restaurants allot in my past!! "You know, teamwork/LEADERSHIP" It was a complete disaster..... my customer tipped me a lot more for waiting there so long for their food. Read moreI ordered my food on Sunday and ordered 10 boneless wings, chicken tenders, and cheesecake bites. I paid for my food and realized that they charge me for 20 boneless wings and the rest. I said to myself that’s no big deal I’ll put the rest away for later. I got my food which took a while and went home. When I got home I realized that I got the 5 chicken tenders but the rest was wrong with two chicken tenders plates covered with lemon pepper sauce. I called the Camden store and spoke with two people that already knew what happened because they switched the food with another customer. I live far out and was coming back that day so she took down my name and told me to give it to them when I came back they would remake the missing food. I came back two days later and did as instructed only to have a manager come out and call me a lair and tell me I now need a receipt and just wanted to argue. I told her I didn’t care enough to argue with her and left. FYI I got home and did find the receipt but I’m not going back. The other food I got Sunday was so nasty I feed everything to the dog. Read moreI've eaten here a couple times and I don't know why I ever go back, maybe it's for my kids or wife but this time will be the last. Ordered two 20 piece wings and one 10 piece ordered extra sauces too. I've learn to always look for the sauces before leaving and sure enough I was missing 11 of them, I paid 25cents for each so I went back up there and had to explain to then what had happened and long story short the counted the ranches they gave me (which we all don't like in our family and told them we didn't want any while ordering our food) we wanted blue cheese for our hot wings and celery sticks. The lady at the front counter was really really rude and nasty to my amd my 8 year old daughter. I ended up having to pay for them again $2.50 even though I showed them my receipt but they can't take back sauces. When we got home we opened up our food to find in one of our 20 pieces we had 14 wings and the other had 16 so lost 10 wings somewhere too and the 10 piece was supposed to be boneless and it wasn't.
