In honesty I did not even think this deserved one star. On June 16th I ordered curbside, and I waited 20 minutes for the food and eventually I got impatient and went inside to see what was going on. I showed my phone the order and the details of the order, and this one female started acting like they never received the order but where they put all of their other bags of curbside and online orders the food was right there. I asked for new fries because the one I was given was soggy and cold and not good to eat. But she said she didn't want to remake the fries, but I told her that I was waiting for 20 minutes. Which she exclaimed "I didn't know that" that's not my problem considering I was the customer. She told the manager the situation and another employee also heard it and said, "I don't want to fix nothing no more" The whole restaurant was crashing as they were behind on many orders and were slacking on every aspect. I have a blood pressure problem and start shaking because of the stress of this situation. 10 more minutes later and the manager brings the new fries, but they also forgot my drinks. I told her I had drinks, and she pointed out in a loud and nasty tone "Why are you shaking?" for the whole restaurant to hear. Not only is this unprofessional but it is also very immature. I'm a customer and they were the ones that made the mistake, and they were trying to blame me for not coming in and getting the food. It's curbside, their jobs are to bring my food to my car at the curb. They need to change the manager and need to be retrained. I was a manager before and this is not how you handle a situation with a customer. I understand they were busy but that's not my problem. The General Manager needs to assess the problem...
Read moreRecently within the past two weeks I have had major issues going through the breakfast drive-through with the young ladies at the windows with major attitudes! They messed up orders consistently and then get an attitude about it with me when all I have done and just said, “hey this is not what I’ve ordered,” and then I get screams of “no” and the window shut in my face . This is not the hood! Also with them poking holes in the bottom of an iced coffee which led to my outfit being ruined and my car being flooded with mocha, having to go back home and change instead of going to work. It’s just the disrespectful pettiness from the morning crew that has just downgraded this location further.
Not to mention back earlier this spring when I went inside to order I was approached by an older woman working inside pointing to me to go to the food delivery pick up line which I do not deliver food and then had the audacity to make a U-turn and bring a tray to me ask me to help her find the table to deliver the tray of food to another customer . Read moreYesterday I was in the drive thru at the Indian Land SC location. After waiting in line for 25 min I was finally up next. The male taking the order kept repeating the wrong order back to me. I finally had that straightened out and moved to the window to retrieve my food. I was told that I needed to move up to window 2 and they would get it out to me as soon as we can get it. 20 min later I’m still sitting there. I tried knocking on the window several times and finally pulled around and went in. Who appeared to be the manager AND the woman who informed me to pull up were standing at the counter. I walked in and said I’ve been sitting at window 2 for over 20 min. Can I get my order? No one knew or remembered I was there.
