This location is typically quite slow. The drive through is more efficient than the walk-up counter, but usually has a long line.
My most recent experience was a to-go order at the counter where I was picking up breakfast for my family. It was right around 9am, so not an 'off-time' by any means. My order was for two egg sandwich meals and two orders of pecan frosted biscuits for my kids. It took over 25 minutes to get my order. They did the sandwiches (and the sides) immediately, and then I stood around and waited for the rest of the order.
I was one of several people having the same issue, we all waited for an extremely long amount of time for part of an order to be cooked. Of course, the sandwiches and potatoes were soggy and cold when I got home. This is NOT the first time they have not had certain menu items ready and had to make them 'as ordered', which is the antithesis of 'fast food'.
Edit 12/29/18: down to one star today, I won’t be back again and will recommend everyone else to do the same. Extremely slow drive through. Took order taking girl three tries to confirm simple order correctly - two bacon egg cheese biscuits, one small fry, one small potato round, TWO cinnamon biscuits. Got to window and only interaction with window girl was “$11.50”. No “thank you”, no “here is your order”, NOTHING.
Checked order at window, looked OK. Got home and my biscuit sandwich was crushed flat and falling apart. My french fries were salted and seasoned to the point of being inedible. Ordered the meal and the large tea the lady on the mic said $7.59 that’s when I said add a 1/2 gallon tea. Got to the window they asked for $14 and change. I ask why is a 1/2 gallon of tea is almost $7 dollars. Then I told them to remove the 1/2 gallon of tea. The price dropped to $11 and change. Told them what happened to the 7.59. The got an attitude with me at this point and I told the lady I was going to pay what I was quoted for at the speaker which was 7.59 then they said well your not getting your food. I was like then I don’t want it. So the grabbed another person that he said he was a manager the line manager told him while looking at me with a very ugly mean look. He looked at the screen and said I can do 9.99. I was like ok you heard her story so let me tell you what really happened. I told him what happen and he said I’m not trying to rip you off. I told him I’m not trying to rip him off either. I told him I was quoted 7.59 at the speaker and the prices then changed several times. I said I will pay the 9.99 but I wanted everyone’s name that was involved so I could talk to the corporate office. He then said fine. And dropped it to 7.59. Keep in mind this entire time my food was sitting in the window getting cold. I would have told them to get me different food but at this point I was afraid that they was going to spit in my food. I do a lot of work in this area and stop here a lot. But I will not come back to this store and I will tell all my workers not to go to...

I had an awful experience at the Bojangles on Collins Road in Indian Land, SC. We placed online orders and arrived at 9:40 PM to pick them up—well before their posted closing time of 10:00 PM. Instead of informing us earlier, the employee at the window was extremely rude and disrespectful, waiting until the last minute to tell us they were closed. She could have easily overridden the speaker to let us know, but she didn’t.
When we got to the window, she gave us a disgusting attitude and bluntly said, “We’re closed.” We explained that it was only 9:40 PM and that we had already paid for our orders online, yet she showed no concern. When we asked about a refund, she coldly responded, “No, you’re not getting a refund. You’ll have to come back tomorrow.” So not only were we left without our food or drinks, but they also kept our money!
This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If they are going to close early, they need to either update their hours or at least communicate properly instead of scamming customers out of their money.
