I don’t think I have anything nice to say about this drive thru experience other than the fries were decent ( not cold ) Placed our order and paid. They gave us the wrong size drink to start. Next we were asked to pull forward to a parking spot for a couple minutes. There were 2 vehicles already waiting, and another pulled up after us. Almost immediately the one after us got their food. The passenger in the vehicle that pulled up before us walked to Starbucks two buildings down and came back with their order and still none of the 3 of us got our food. At least 10 cars from the drive thru after us were served and went on their way. After 20 minutes the driver of the car next to us went in. After about 5 minutes he came out with his order - just a Happy Meal. I finally went in about 5 minutes after that and our food was on the counter - no idea how long it had been there. Once I retrieved my food and checked it in the car I found items missing, so I had to them go into the store AGAIN and wait to get someone’s attention and explain I was missing things from my order.
The whole experience took 45 minutes for us from ordering ( in which the cashier “couldn’t” give us a receipt till we got our food- that I had to go in twice to get- despite going through the drive thru. All total about 15 cars behind us got their food while we were waiting....
Read moreWhile the workers at the windows are always very nice, the orders are consistently wrong. We’ve gone on various days at various times and always have an issue with either trying to be given the wrong food, and having to show our receipt only for it to seem like our order isn’t even on their screen or has been made/in the process of being made at all. It does not seem to matter what time of day we go, what day we go, whether they’re “busy” or like our visit today there were 3 cars in line, us being one of them, and still faced the same issues. Even showing the receipt they were trying to hand us the wrong food, we ended up just leaving with what we were given, missing some items and some items wrong. Again the workers at the window are incredibly nice, but there’s always some sort of problem at this specific store. I don’t know if this place is short staffed, but either way it definitely seems like management needs to be improved, there shows a lack of organization and improvement. (And yes, we know it’s McDonald’s, we know it’s fast food, but part of fast food is the consistency and knowing you’ll get somewhat decent food somewhat fast just to cover a basic food need.)
Will not be coming back to this specific store unless we hear through the grapevine that service...
Read moreOrdered Breakfast. At the window I was asked 3× what I had ordered. Ordered a smoothie the machine is broken ordered sweet tea as well also something wrong with it I was given 2 different drinks and 1 was a diet when I asked for a regular coke. I waited for over 30 minutes for my breakfast burritos I asked questions received no answers. Asked for a manager he's busy and then the window closed and I was ignored. It's past Breakfast now at this point the manager comes with attitude asks what I ordered I explained again he goes away and comes back to tell me that it's past Breakfast and they don't have anything prepared for me after I waited at the window almost 40 minutes since the time I ordered. At that point I asked for a refund because how could you have taken my order when it was Breakfast and then 40 minutes later tell me you haven't even made my order. And no one in there could answer my questions. I feel sorry to the people in line behind me I heard your honks and many of you left upset. But it's not my responsibility to run the establishment correctly and warn costumers of any issues. I left with no food and very upset I don't know what happened but that is no way to treat costumers and waste their time if you know something is out of order or wrong inside...
