McDonald's — Restaurant in South Carolina

We were driving thru town and noticed multiple fast food locations, decided to get something quick. Went to one place, they had no chicken, went to another and they had no salads, got to this McDonalds and didn't sit in line to get to the speaker (they have two speakers BTW, such a dumb setup) but when at the speaker I was asked to wait, for about 10 minutes I waited while a few cars orders were taken at the other speaker. Now, with quite the backlog of cars with orders already in, they finally took our order, just a Chicken Salad. We waited for 15 minutes in line after placing our order, then when we got to the window (after waiting in line for now 25 minutes, we were asked to park because our salad we had ordered 15 minutes ago wasn't ready.) we parked, after 5 minutes my wife went inside and asked the manager what was up, she said that they weren't able to cook her chicken yet. ?!? They've had 20 minutes to cook it, no? I worked in fast food for quite a long time and I'm pretty sure my manager would've had a coronary if this had happened. This McDonald's is a joke. Two days in a row I placed mobile orders. Cashier could not find order so I had to repeat everything that I ordered online. Got to window #1 and was asked to pay, although I paid online. I explained I had already paid which then prompted a manager to the window who insisted I had not paid. I paid cash and figured it would be easier to correct this with the cc company. Day #2 ordered 2 coffees before leaving home. Pull into the drive-thru, give my name and order # and was asked what I wanted to order. Talking into a speaker in a down pour I again gave my order #, name and what I ordered. I pulled to the first window and was asked "what you had wanted?" Third time I said I have a mobile order, "oh, I ain't no how to do that" and called for someone else. The next person gave me a total. I told her I had already paid online and that the exact same thing happened the morning before. She told me I had not paid and I need to pay. At this point she was very argumentive and determined that I owned "her" money. Their McCafes are good but not...

Clean store and clean restroom. That is the end of the good.

Absolutely stupid layout of store with ginormous self order stations that do not work.

4 stations. Two broken/turned off. The other two crammed right in front of the single register attended by a brain dead staff member who would only point you back to the self order station. The stations ask way too many questions. Seriously I do not need an alternative to fries and a drink…I do not need to be asked six different ways do I want more or this or that or to make donation.

Pay and the machine does not issue a receipt. Lady finally comes out I mentioned my lack of receipt she could care less. Two bags of fries come out and three or four orders made after mine. Still no drink…..
