McDonald's — Restaurant in South Carolina

There is literally only one thing you can count on from this business. Awful service, incorrect orders, sloppy employees, and you will be made to feel like the worst person on the face of the planet if you bother the employees to get the items that you paid for that were not given to you.

Over the last two years I have gone to this business from early morning to late night and I have NEVER repeat NEVER had a positive experience. Whether it is just a couple dollar menu items or a family sized order, never correct, consistently slow and MISERABLE employees.

Last night was the final straw. Two twenty piece nuggets, two ice cream cones, a medium fry, and 4 water cups. An easy order from a family of four. The order number was called, no water cups no ice cream cones and no sauce for the nuggets. I was second customer in line waiting to get my missing items. While we were waiting a chicken sandwich hit the deck and was immediately picked up and placed back on the rack. It literally sat there for over a minute until the employee saw both of our eyes glued to her, she then cussed and threw it away. Sadly believable from this business.

Then the pregnant lady who was first in line needed the BBQ sauce she requested for her 2 young kids who were patiently waiting to eat in their booth. She was ignored by every employee behind the counter for literally 4 minutes. Then when a clearly disgruntled employee finally acknowledged her she asked for 3 BBQ packs the employee handed her 1 BBQ and 1 honey mustard then walked away. The pregnant lady then said "excuse me ma'am could I please have 2 more BBQ packs" The employee then literally said while walking over to her "I don't get paid enough for this fking st" and then plopped two BBQ packs into her hand.

Now it is my turn to deal with this ray of sunshine in a red un-tucked McDonalds polo with a white t-shirt hanging out below. While bracing myself for whatever profanity laced tirade was about to come out of her mouth the cashier with the lip piercing and hand tattoo came to my aid. I explained that I needed 2 ice cream cones 4 water cups and my sauce packs and little miss sunshine immediately turns to make the cones and commences muttering to herself but, this time it was quiet enough that none of the children in the restaurant could hear.

I don't know who owns this particular franchise but I will NEVER give you another dollar of my hard earned pay. Its experiences like this that make me wonder why I eat anywhere other than Chick-Fil-A when I'm making the choice to...

How can you have a printed label for a special order that is correct and totally mess it up? I had my wife out in the middle of the night 1:30 AM (This was the 3rd McDonald's she had to go to because the others were only taking cash). I got 5x Cheeseburgers ordered and were all labeled No Pickle Extra Onion as I like them... Had a pickle on every one and what looked like what might have been left of the scrapings off of the onions which left behind a small amount on them. My wife got 7 other Cheeseburgers for her and our boys for later today. They were all Extra Pickles Extra Onions with Printed Labels of how we wanted them customized but were actually just normal amounts of toppings.... I could understand miss labeling or something but Screwing up 12x special ordered Cheeseburgers is just below any expectations anyone should have going anywhere to eat that is open for business no matter the time. They were all cooked differently as well.... A lot were over cooked. I honestly don't think you can set the bar any lower even if you made an actual effort. Also the McFlurry Machine was broken :(. I think you should just close down multiple Mcdonald's locations and combine the best workers so these errors don't stay the norm for...

Food specific the hash brown was super greasy and not cooked properly. It tastes like it was cooked in oil that wasn’t hot enough. If you have experienced that. Way over priced also. Big breakfast w no pancakes and large coffee was 12 bucks. The sausage was cold in super hot weather even and seemed like it needed to cook a bit longer. Biscuit was on the hard side. Coffee was good. Today was the first time I’ve received my order and napkins and cream and Splenda and food and fork packages in a BAG! Amazing. Usually the workers hand you the napkins. Then a pack of creamer. Then ketchup then. One by one with each item. Ridiculous stuff when it’s just a small piece of THEIR job. But today. Today was definitely different and it was amazing. The guy handled me the order with everything I needed in ONE BAG! 💼 I didn’t get his name unfortunately but he did a good job and needs to be in training. Teaching the others to pack up their orders for the customer and not roll their eyes if I don’t want my order one by one but rather in the bag please 😊bag guy is what saved my review of this...
