Best sweet rolls, ever!!! (UPDATE!!! visted 7/12/2024 I was so pleased that I was able to enjoy the Collards and cabbage, meat loaf, Mac & Cheese, all I tasted were not salty this time!, oh, please keep this up! ❤️. The dessert rolls were nice, but the yeast rolls were under cooked, I didn't ask waitress to bring more rolls.) But as for the bar TOO SALTY! Please reduce the amount of SALT you put in! I was unable to eat your otherwise delicious Collard Greens, grilled pork chops, okra and tomatoes, cabbage, brown gravy, bbq chicken, Now I didn't taste everything on the bar so management needs to look at all dishes. Reminder: Salt and pepper is on every table and can be very easily increased as a person desires. You serve many seniors who rely on you several days a week who have health issues requiring them to watch their salt intake. Now, I do expect you to serve seasoned foods, but in some cases, like the Collard Greens, you need to drastically reduce the salt! We know that there were several others who also made this same complaint. This is not the 1st time my hysband and I have made this complaint. We actually hadn't visited in awhile because of this, but tried you once again. PLEASE fix the SALTY issue. So pleased you had baked the breads longer, they were yummy this time.

Wheelchair accessible. Faith was the host at the register who explained everything to us on our 1st visit. Drink selections seemer slim but selections of food and salad bar were plentiful, and Quincy also had added options of adding on more meal selections (steak, shrimp, ect). They have a kids menu and kids 3 & under eat free. Kids eat free on Monday nights which was a surprise to us. Nigeria was one of the employees in dining and oh my word, she made us feel like VIPs. She not only was polite, professional and efficient...she went the extra mile to check on us, offer to get us drinks, took plates... It was a busy night but she must have assisted us minimum of 5 times. She really made our first experience welcoming and we will most likely make this one of our go-yo restaurants in the future. She is young but had such great work ethic and a sweet attitude that even my kids were fond of here real quick. Would def recommend this place. Saw several customers taking to-go boxes as well. The dessert bar was a sweet ending to our visit. Bathrooms were well-maintained and clean as well. Thank you Faith, Nigeria and all the staff that made our visit a very pleasant one.

We stopped here on the way back to Lexington from Lumberton. Located right on I-95, this was our first stop at a Quincy's in at least 25 years. We ate regularly way back in the day when there were Columbia locations. I always remembered the yeast rolls. The absolute best that I've ever had and plenty of them. Well, they're still make them!! OMG. They are stupid delicious. This location also offers honey drizzled croissants. The buffet is full of everything that one would expect. Fried and baked chicken, fried pork chops, fish, meatballs, mega selection of veggies, mac & cheese, huge salad bar, and dessert bar. You can order steaks or lunch specials if that's more to your liking. The staff was super friendly and our waitress kept the tea full and kept those awesome rolls coming. Definitely worth a stop. Lunch with 2 drinks will run you about $30. Good value. Update...we stopped again today while heading home. I wish that we traveled through Florence more than once a year. Bummer...

I brought my mom and brother here to eat as we talked about coming for years now. The name sparked childhood memories of going with my grandparents when I was young. I should have held on to those memories. Maybe we went on an off night as the reviews on here didn't match the restaurant I visited. The food was, horrible. There is no other way to say it. It tasted like the only seasoning they had was salt, nothing else. The peas were hard, and the rice was too. The collards were as sweet as yams. The big fat yeast roll was on Ozempic (see pic). The mac and cheese was good, and so was the spicy chicken. The bar as a whole looked tired. The dessert bar looked the same. No ice cream as the machine was off or broken. The rest of the dessert bar looked tired and unrefreshed. The saving grace of this whole trip was our server Ebony. She was the best. Our glasses were never empty, and her service was top notch. I thank her for being the only reason this place got more than one star.
