I saw the reservation in a community coupon book, read there were gluten-free options, and wanted to try. As a Celiac, it is difficult to find true gluten-free options. We called ahead and were assured they would take the necessary precautions. The gluten-free pasta was prepared slightly under al dente, leaving it too firm. It was also very bland. The only red sauce I could safely choose was marinara. So, I paid roughly $25 for a meatless, undercooked pasta. The gluten-free pizza was $20 for the amore meat minus sausage. It was good, although the crust was too soft towards the middle. My daughter ordered the chicken carbonara but sent it back because she said it wasn't good... favorless. She opted instead for the sausage pasta and stated it was better. She enjoyed her garlic knots, although half of them were a little burnt. She also ordered a fruity pebbles drink and stated it was good as well. I will say that the service was great. We stood at the front door for a moment waiting to be acknowledged, but two waitresses entered the building shortly after to begin their shifts. Overall, the menu prices did not reflect the quality of the food. I was grateful to enjoy dining out without getting sick, but the flavor profiles just didn't satisfy for a more than okay experience.

We were in town visiting family and celebrating my birthday!🥰🥳 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service! We started with Cherry 🍒 Bomb 💣 wings! No photo of those it was gone before I could take the photo! Mama Mia! You’ve got to try that flavor! Wings fried to perfection; crispy, yet still juicy! Can’t forget about the garlic knots that came with the meals we chose! We love those! We also dipped it into our leftover 🍒 💣 wing sauce BECAUSE it was to good to leave it! My Honey ordered chicken Parma; he loved it! It’s his favorite and his go to when we dine Italian. Our boy chose to customize his on 10in pizza! Bacon, Ham and pepperoni! It was perfectly seasoned and baked beautifully! I had to steal I bite for myself to see if it was as good as it looked! It was! Homemade pizza crust! I had the Chicken Marcela; chicken breast lightly floured, crispy and juicy! I loved how the light crust on it held the Marcela sauce! If you are a mushroom lover this dish is for you! We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed having the Chef and owner pop by our table! A Wonderful place we won’t soon forget! We will be back! So if you’re in the Rock Hill SC area pop in and show Chef&Owner Rich some love!

Nice place for real good Italian food locally. Nice friendly service, great selection of drinks from the bar (many types of martinis) and a casual atmosphere. The cannoli martini was amazing! (Thanks, Sharli!) The lasagne was both meaty and creamy, a melt-in-your-mouth meal! Stopping in next time to try their Sicilian pizza. If you’re in the Riverwalk area, you need to stop in and try it out! Update - Just went back for a Sicilian pizza and it did not disappoint! Crust was perfectly tall and airy with nice crisp to the bottom, like it should be! The Richie Pepperoni came with pepperoni, shredded Italian sausage and dollops of ricotta cheese. Excellent combination. Ashley, our waitress was terrific! Always smiling and happy to serve us, she even brought out the to-go box on cue without us having to ask. There are 9 nice sized square pieces in that square pizza, enough for a meal for 2 and to have some back at the home. Stop in and ask for Ashley when that Italian craving hits you next time!! Wish y’all many good years at Riverwalk!

The first time I tried this place was last Saturday, I went to the bar by myself & had a wonderful experience & enjoyed the food. The guy I had (I can’t remember his name) but he was wonderful & really made me wanna come again. I decided to come not even a week later & decided to invite my friend with me. We sat outside & overall things weren’t that bad. Our waitress wasn’t very friendly but I was assuming maybe because we looked young (even though we are in our 20’s) she decided to rush out service & not be the nicest. She dropped our checks off after the meal & we noticed there was an option to pay online. We decided to do the online payment & sat & talked for at least another 45 minutes. Once we got up to leave we even took another 5-10 minutes to chat outside the restaurant. Out of nowhere as we are talking outside in the parking lot the server is running out the restaurant loudly screaming “ummm LADIES CAN YOU PAY ME!?” I felt like she came at us totally wrong but we remained calm & even explained that we paid on the app. She said one check wasn’t paid for even though my friend showed her the transaction out of her account. She proceeded to tell us we had to pay & they will refund the other payment. I was going to let this situation go & not leave a review but it bothered me way too much. Me & my friend are both waitresses & we would never walk out on our tab. I will come again but i definitely won’t let that lady be my server again, she has terrible customer...

I live in Riverwalk and love supporting local small businesses, but this place has lost my business for good.

My friend and I have been regulars every Wednesday for music bingo—it’s always been a fun time with a great crowd. We usually arrived a little early to grab seats at the bar before it filled up. One week, when the bar was full, we sat at a table instead. The hostess was kind, service was excellent, and we had a great night. She even offered to put our names on the list for bar seating the following week, which we gladly accepted.

Fast-forward to last night: we arrived at 6:58, only to be told we had no seating despite our names being on the list. Confused, we asked for clarification, and the hostess brought over the manager or owner. From there, the experience went downhill fast. We were spoken to rudely and aggressively, essentially dismissed with the repeated line: “It’s 7:00 o’clock.” (We were literally there at 6:58.) Instead of honoring the arrangement, he abruptly offered us a table—but in such a hostile manner that it was insulting.

We declined and left. After how poorly we were treated, I won’t be going back. NOTE: It really was not because our spot was taken, it was how we were spoken to and treated. If that was the owner, shame on him! I gave 5 stars for the service because our bartender and or server has always been great. The food is never good, but again supporting a small business and enjoying the music bingo night...

I have tried, an tried again. Service was pleasant. I sat at the bar and had to ask for it to be cleaned because it was gross and left over from customers before. I ordered basic caprese salad. Tomatoes were green and hard, and cheese not fresh. I sent them back and ordered a basic pizza. That is exactly what I received, a basic easy bake, terrible pizza that I did not have the heart to tell the hard working servers. Richie's started out hopeful in our community and beyone. It is evident there is no pride, nor care in the food you put it out. It was terrible, and gross. I am sorry to edit my review but when I go out to spend money I expect at least good. I had to toss my left over pizza in the trash. I know you can do better!~ Excellent first experience. My friend and I went on a Wednesday night and it was pretty busy. We sat at the bar and were attended to pretty quickly and friendly I might add. We split the salad and a small pizza and it was absolutely delicious. I am astonished over the few poor reviews given considering Richies is new. Everyone is excited to have great Italian around here and people who are nit picking over the service and that they are short staffed. That is really harsh and unkind. Give them a break folks. Business is tough and so is finding good staff. Needless to say I will be back and very happy to have Richies in the...
