There once was a trailer park that existed off of Red River Road. Now that same area is being used to give out free mulch but there have been plans for the past 10 years to make that location part of the Riverwalk community. There were a few families who owned their trailer. The city of Rock Hill gave them 30 days to leave. These families were placed in debt because they were forced to move their trailers. The Riverwalk community is an example how the city of Rock Hill steal from the poor and gave to the rich. To add more damage, the Riverwalk community is hoping to expand where the old Celenese Plant use to sit. I am certain that the grounds remains contaminated from that old plant. Many people are moving here without an idea of how this can impact their health. Especially those who are moving to the city of Rock Hill without any knowledge of this location. There are other locations in the surrounding area that is worth the money to buy your new house in this city. Please consider those before you purchase a home...
