I’ve visited this location a few times, and while the service is usually fine, there’s a recurring issue that’s hard to ignore. There’s a man in a hat—seemingly a manager—who can often be heard loudly scolding employees in the lobby. It’s not just unprofessional, it’s embarrassing to witness. it’s It creates a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere, not just for the staff but for customers as well. It’s clear that morale takes a hit whenever he’s on duty, which ultimately impacts the overall experience. He always seems to be trying to do too much and it burns out the baristas when I’ve seen how much higher the mood is when he isn’t working and running them dry.
I hope management can address this in a way that fosters a more positive and supportive work environment. It’s hard to be a customer when I see management treating their staff like this. A little kindness goes a long way for both employees...

I waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes ( which isn't that bad, it wasn't really the employees fault, but just added to the poor experience). All of the staffbwas really nice, as usual. But first thing that was odd to me, she handed me my very hot latte without a protective sleeve. Second was it felt light, and not filled all the way. Then I got 15 minutes down the road, took a sip and it tasted like hot water with burnt coffee. It wasn't just burnt espresso. It was tasteless. No flavor at all. I was extremely upset. And was unable to drink it. 8 dollars literally down the drain. I will be actively avoiding this location...
