Sub Station II — Restaurant in South Carolina

I love the subs at Sub Station II on Peach Orchard Rd/441. Your food is made when ordered and in front of you using fresh products. As someone who doesn't usually eat meat, they are always very accommodating and a great place to go. They have subs that don't have meat and when getting ready to make it they always ask and will clean the slicer completely so there aren't any remnants of meat on it. They will make the vegetarian subs first then any I've also ordered that have meat. And unlike most places that make subs, they slice all meats and cheeses right in front of you, whereas most places have everything pre-sliced. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always very clean with a comfortable feel to it especially if you eat in. And if you don't feel like walking in to order, they also have a drive-thru window on the side. Sub Station II also has an app that you can download that they scan for you to earn points to get rewards,such as $5 off an order after 65pts and birthday reward to name two. You can also use the app for finding locations as well as other uses. I would and do recommend Sub Station...

If you want mediocre food and discourteous service, go here. I walked in and no one greeted me neither when I walked in nor when I walked up to order. I had to say hello first and still just got looked at by the old woman behind the counter. The old guy just slid my sandwich to me without saying a word. He also made my sandwich wrong. The sandwich itself was nothing to brag about. This location used to be really good, years ago. I will never, ever return to this location. I always said please and thank you, as I have been raised. I spent almost $14 and was treated like I was an inconvenience. I was the ONLY customer in the store, so they were not busy, except with conversations amongst themselves. Don't waste your money here. I LOVE a #19 large sub All the way with banana peppers and all the season. It's sad to sat but 100% Fact That This is the BEST meal in Sumter !! No where else is cosentanly Fresh and customer service Top !! They know my order when we walk in. Lol.
