Just stick to meal prepping at home. Many restaurants all seem to be struggling to find the right help. Don’t get me wrong. The employees are very polite but there’s only so much they can do without the proper assistance. I paid $12 for a basic 6” ham sub and chips/drink. The register and price board have different prices. While $2 is not a big deal, I was splurging for lunch and could have gotten more for that price elsewhere. The employees couldn’t fix it so I paid the extra, ate my lunch, and will try my best to order on the app instead of in store. That, or I will visit a different location. Food itself is good and like I said, very pleasant employees. I just don’t expect to pay more than what is advertised at any business. Hope this helps Subway do more training or development...

The employees weren't moving to get anything done, and as our sandwiches were being made, the line woman kept stopping to do other tasks. She'd ask what bread you wanted then walk off to do something else, come back and ask what you wanted on it then step off for something else. She was also not listening to what was going on as two other customers tried to talk to her to get her attention and she ignored them. Overall felt very dissatisfied with the service and atmosphere. 3 sandwiches should not have taken so long and I felt she was rather rude to the other customers. Read moreLiterally the best store in Charleston! Went in today 5/12/2017 @6:20 ish and there were 3 guys and 1 girl working. It was hot cause the a.c. was out and despite all of that they were exceptional ! All of them were super sweet and very nice. The girl (sorry I didn't get names) was training what seemed to be a newer employee and she was very patient with him and he did a great job making my subs! I wasnt feeling well today, and after going into this store today, I felt so much better. I was just so happy at how great their customer service was. And I felt someone needed to know how great they are doing. I will def be going back to this store...
