I had the most horrible meal I've ever been served anywhere at this location. The steaks ordered medium rare were so overcooked that they resembled beef jerky. The meat on another breakfast looked like it had been cookrd for days. It took forever to get our meals and all of the food was cold. Our eggs that were ordered poached medium looked like they were hard boiled. We asked for them to be redone and after waiting for a long time inquired what was taking so long and were told that they had to boil the water. We never got them. One of the hash browns which was ordered with onions and peppers only had onions on it which the waitress acknowledged was her fault. The butter was paltry and congealed on the toast. I odered coffee and asked for it several times but never got it. When I asked for the manager I was told that I should have asked for her before she went home! I guess that was the woman who hung out at the counter talking to a customer while clueless as to what was happening right behind her. How was I supposed to know that she was leaving? In short I paid nearly $50 for a meal that I wouldn't even feed an animal. Severe lack of quality and service at this location that I've never experienced at any other Waffle House. I will be complaining to corporate management as soon as I can locate their phone number. I've attached a picture of one of the meals and another of the cook on the phone while he was cooking. We had no choice but to try to eat this meal as three of us are diabetic and needed to eat. I still feel disgusted by this experience.

I am absolutely Disgusted. I want to preface this by saying the lady that serve myself and my son was the only saving grace of the night. Broken eggshells dripping all on to the prep/staging board. 100% a health hazard. 2. Cook came in from smoking and never washed hands. 3. He put on gloves when pulling the raw bacon and sausage, but then kept them on while cooking ajd I watched him handle the cooked food on all 5 plates of 2 seperate orders. 4. I watched him contantly grab his pants and pull them up, and tuck in his shirt...with the gloves on he was cooking and handling customer's fibished food with. 5. I asked for 3 eggs and over medium.When I cut into the eggs they were literally raw. Completely translucent whites with a very thin cooked film over the top, somehow the bacon was burned and inedible, and the potatoes in my son's hashbrown were so undercooked that they were actually crunchy. I'm obviously disgusted but, This cook is going to hurt one of your customers..either through lazy, terrible cooking methods or through the cleanliness of his station alone. Either way. This person does not care about the customer and he definitely does not care about his job. I will not ever goto this location again as long as he is working there. Extremely Dissapointing.

So my husband & I walk in this waffle house.and we sit down at a booth looking at the menu my husband ask the waitress if they had omelets she hesitated and gave him a different breakfast menu,from that point I felt like we wasn't gonna get good service at this point I told her our order was gonna be "to go",so she finally comes back to the table and my husband starts ordering his food and this waitress I sure her name was Sonia or something similar which she never introduced herself so stops taking his order and says to the other employees,"hey Bob is here and then she proceeds and asked us if we could move out of our booth because that was obviously "Bob's favorite booth" and I looked at her and said" seriously? "" your joking huh?" She said" no that it was a regular customers favorite booth" I said" seriously?" "You are the m I st unprofessional waitress I have ever encountered,I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and I have never witnessed or heard of a waitress ever being so rude or asking an other customer to move from their seats,I could probably understand if they were handicapped or for some reason other than they are a "regular." This was only the 2nd time I ever went to a waffle house and I gave to say my first time experience was not any better,that time I had ordered a bowl of their chili and it had a bone in it and I broke my tooth on it and they couldnt care less then,not even an apology..that was about 10 yrs ago and now this topped them all .she doesn't even deserve the title waitress ,I would just say someone who is there just for a small lil paycheck.i would be totally surprise if her tops were even good.you know waitresses make $2.13 pr.hr.you would think they would want to give the same service to all her customers.i proud to say I am a server, frt.manager, and she is just and embarrassment to to other servers,I really hope this "Bob" tips her well.because I usually tip very well myself especially to other waitresses or servers that at least tries to give good service but this place and all their employees is a joke they all need to be retrained because I know for a fact they way they treat their new customers is not corporate approved .in fact I should report this to corporate and maybe no other new customers would be treated like that.
