Wendy's — Restaurant in South Carolina

I work for the board of special needs and disability– This past Monday, I took two of our wonderful ladies to this particular restaurant location, and they were absolutely FANTASTIC ! We were having a harder than usual day, and when the staff saw us coming, they did not hesitate to help. They came out and open both set of doors for us. They were very patient as we ordered. While waiting for our order, our ladies had to use the restroom. Coming out of the restroom, our food was ready and on the counter, they even went so far as to pour the ladies drinks, seeing that I was having a hard time, trying holding onto both of them and pour our drinks.They went even further and carried all of our food and drinks out to the car again holding the doors for us. During this whole time, they did not seem bothered in anyway, but very helpful and willing to lend their hands. We will definitely be coming back to this location! My ladies and I are very grateful to Keondra(hopefully this is correct-it’s the name that was on our receipt) and the gentleman whose name I sadly...

Stopped here 4 breakfast this morning to try it out and omg it was very good! I was trying to claim my rewards for two free items but I didn't know how to load the items to my card to redeem them so the manager offered to pay for my two items which was $2.95 but it was still very kind and sweet of her to do so. I was already holding up the drive thru and I didn't want to cancel my order but I do plan on going back in the morning and give her back the $3.00 for paying for my items. She didn't have to do such a kind thing for me but she did. So thank you very much to that manager working this morning 2/18/2021..I really appreciate your kindness ❤!! I ordered a Sausage Biscuit and a small seasoned 🥔 potatoes!! Breakfast was delicious 😋 The seasoned potatoes are delicious!! I loved them!! They were crispy and hott! Sausage has a little kick but not too spicy..mild..looking forward to breakfast with my daughter b4 school...

Order was completely wrong, knew I should’ve checked it however after sitting at the window for over 10 minutes I thought it would be right. Was missing a 2 sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and was given no sauce. I got a 4 for $4 that was missing nuggets, sauce & sandwich, I guess they thought they made up for it by giving me one single large fry… guess I don’t want the full meal. Then got a biggie bag for coworker, didn’t even get the sandwich or nuggets to it either.. instead we received a regular chicken sandwich & a small fry. I did not want to write a review, as normally they are good. It just sucks seeing as how it seems like it would be easier to just cook it right, and give people the right order the first time.
