If I could give 0 stars, I would, but it doesn't allow me to do so. I placed a mobile order to prevent getting my order wrong, yet they still messed it up. The main reason why I am leaving the review is because of the bad customer service. The person in charge of handing out the orders was very rude, I would've provided a name, but she was not wearing a nametag. I asked if my order was ready, and she said she would check but failed to do so. All she did was walk back but didn't actually check. I waited a few more minutes before asking again. She said my order was not ready when the order should've been ready since it was already past the pick-up time. But yet another customer with a mobile order came and received her order on the first try. Turns out my order had been sitting there since before I arrived, apparently she couldn't read my name despite me spelling it out for her. Now I know why everyone says they would rather make the...

Nice people, fast service, getting in through tweety going west is a bit tricky, DO NOT go in the 1st open ramp (that's an exit only) go in on the 2nd ramp, don't worry about waiting long, they seperate the lines into 2 to keep easy flow of cars and expedite your order. It's odd how they keep track of 2 lines, 2 order menus all while employees walking around getting your order so your wait can be minimal. Nice experience, my 1st through the drive-thru. Very organized and not to mention very friendly. Getting out ill recommend going straight to (little Alameda) to avoid incoming customers. At that exit you'll have the choice to go either north or south on little Alameda, Personally I'll recommend making a right (north) it's faster to make right turns than lefts to get to your destination. Hope that helps lol and oh before I forget, during school dismissal I'll recommend you just park a block away lol or use a food delivery service lol...

Saggy fries. Awful. The chicken sandwich was given to us plain. Why? $60.00 meal down the drain. Family was disappointed. I asked the drive though lady when she gave me our food that if she gave me Cane Sause she rapidly said " everything is in the bag" and shut the sliding window in a hurry. I was 10 cars behind at the drive though. A lot of line. The line is not the problem. It's waiting in line and getting Awful food. That immediately becomes Not Worth the Time. This type of service is never given to me in the location in Downey Ca. The Downey restaurant makes the quality in their food priority. Never felt like I did today. I always have a great experience from the Downey restaurant. This location needs to becomes a secret shopper and visit the Downey Restaurant and learn to hire the correct people and make quality and customer service their priority. Customer...

This Canes just opened and it is so busy! The food was really good as you would expect from any Raising Cane's but I did notice the fries portion was smaller than usual. I think that the reason the portions are smaller is because of how busy they are and are trying to portion out to not sell out. The location is not a great place since drive through is crazy! What I did was order ahead on the app to avoid the long wait and even then I arrived when the food should have been ready and they did not have my food ready. It seems they don't prepare your order until you arrive which is good so you won't have a soggy bun and fries. Overall I'm happy with the place and I can't wait to be a regular here!

This restaurant is a walk-up to the window type of experience. As well as, it has a drive-thru. There is a small outdoor eating area. Prepare for a small parking lot. The menu is small and basic suitable for high volume of customer service. The service was very fundamentally sound. Which I give and take is understandable considering the medium to high customer volume. The chicken was very tasty. Crispy outside and moist inside. For me the fries were usual for fast food but the chicken was actually good.. Would I go back? For a specialty restaurant that has chicken fingers, it's good . With all that said, Yes I would go back. Would I recommend it? Yes.

App doesn’t show employees name of pick up person it only shows the account holders name who placed the order and employees like Julio will watch you sit around waiting for over an hour instead of trying to help you figure out the name mix up. Literally told me there’s no order in my name and closed the window in my face while I was still explaining. There’s a good amount of parking but a tiny drive through area you’ll be lucky if you make it into the drive through
