The Pan — Restaurant in South Gate

Phenomenal food! Every meal is bursting with flavor and clearly crafted with care. The portions are generous, and the cocktails are delicious — whether you prefer something sweet or a drink built around your favorite liquor, the bartenders are more than willing to customize to your taste.

The only small downside to my particular meal was that the “fresh chips” served with my pozole were a bit stale at first. However, my server immediately noticed and offered a fresh batch right away — an impressive example of their attentiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The entire restaurant staff goes above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive, checking on our table multiple times during our two-hour stay. Expect 30 to 45 wait on the weekend, especially between 11am to 1pm. Only my true observations, nothing more, nothing less. My family of seven payed a reasonable price under $35 per person with cocktails and appetizers.

We come to this specific pan because we always have a seat waiting for us.
