Grand Motel — Hotel in South Gate

I've been going here for years now, but they just recently remodeled all the rooms and it is pretty nice. The rooms have a flat screen which is a score! The beds are soft, something I used to over look when choosing a place to stay. I like that it is near the freeway, so I dont have to go too far into the city.

I am keep coming back every weekend because they have the best deals, the office is open 24/7 just ring the bell, full cable, and free wifi.

But the best part is the coffee shop behind the motel: Tierra Mia Coffee, it's pretty much famous now. In the morning after checkout, i stop by there for the horchata coffee. Those guys have freakin' reinvented coffee, just sayin'. Like you have to check it out!
