We were on our way home from a long day and little caesers sounded good. This is Covid 19 time people, and they are trying. There was a sign on there window stating " To keep you and our people safe, come in and order, then go back out to your car and we will call you when it's ready". So I went in and ordered and paid. They never took my phone number , so I asked them what to do now. She said, go to your car and come back in 10 minutes. I went outside and set a timer for a reminder to me. During that time, several people drove up, and went in and ordered and some came out. People were still coming and going inside to the point where they were backed up to the door inside and at least 11 people inside. I'll say this, at least they had masks on, but the young man checking them out had it around his neck. One of the people that came after me waited, then went in with all of them and came out with her pizza. I was not going inside with all of those people so I called them and gave them my name, told them I had ordered and paid and it had been long enough for ours to be completed since other people were getting theirs and could you bring ours to the door and I would meet them. They were checking on our order when they hung up on me. I called them right back and told them the same thing as before and got out of my car and went to the front door, held it open and then they finally brought it out. She much for trying to keep everybody safe, even there...
Read moreZERO stars !!! RUDE STAFF!! Absolutely horrible service. I have had so many bad experiences with this place I will never go there again. On one occasion I was called a liar by one employee in front of other customers . My son ordered pizza from them and when we got home with it the crust was still raw not even close to being done. When he called them back they basically told him oh well. My other son one time observed them handing money at the register then immediately handing food with out washing their hands. And then for the last straw... we went in ( yes we were desperate, dont judge) thirty minutes before they close and they told us they didnt have any more and they did not want to make any more ... REALY??? Is this how you run a business??? We called corprate and told them about all the problems with this place they took our name and number an said they would have the franchise owner call us... now we wait... I'll keep you posted. Ps. NOTHING they say will ever get me to do ANY Buisness with ANY little ceasers EVER!!! Even the new stadium in Detroit that was just named after this JOKE of a place. DONT SUPPORT THIS PLACE OR ANYTHING THEY ARE ABOUT!!! PLEASE..........
One week later... still no call back from the owner. Going to call Corporate again and tell them AGAIN how horrible the employees are here. And apparently the owner doesn't care either... so sad. This franchise is not representing the company...
Read moreThis review is aimed entirely at the South Haven branch of Little Ceasers.
Today is Halloween and it is fully understandable that a business like Little Ceasers would be busy. What is not understandable is the woman who I can only assume was the General Manager (red headed woman, about 5'5 or 5'6, heavy set and wearing normal clothing not a uniform) getting so upset and frustrated with the number of people coming through her business that she would mutter angrily that she didn't care anymore, rip the open sign off the front door and shut off the lights in the lobby way before closing time(it was about 7:45pm). Keep in mind, there were about twenty people in the lobby, who were made to wait in the dark just because she was frustrated that they could not keep up. Then, we the customers had to sit there and listen to her snap at any and every employee who crossed her path.
If Little Ceasers was not my sisters favorite pizza place, I would not go back. If this is the manager that this Little Ceasers chooses to let run one of their stores, then it calls into question their judgement. Poor management skills and even poorer...
