I would have liked to leave a better review however they always close early just like tonight.
They always have a great excuse too they are short staffed or they had to tear down the machines early because they couldn't stay late.
I know people that work in the fast food industry in the same town. last night in particularly they got stuck until 4:00 a.m. because there was only two people, they never shut down the business either.
This particular location continues to close early on random days whenever they decide they don't want to work anymore. They're nice enough to leave the headsets on so that way they can still clock their hours and tell you that they're closed and make it appear that they're still open to corporate.
If you look closely you can see they're either smoking whatever paraphernalia is their choice or eating in the kitchen trying to hide from the windows.
If you don't have the proper staff to stay open change your hours. If you don't have the proper staff that has common sense look for new staff. If you happen to be the GM and don't realize that your store is getting closed early almost in the nightly perhaps you should stop in and make a sneak visit at the end of the night.
I truly hope corporate sees this. This is definitely been going on long enough.
With that said I've never had an issue with the morning crew. They have always been amazing. Beyond accommodating and more than happy to give you a crown no matter what your age is.

Read moreSo...I tried again. I figured it has been a couple of years and I'd give it another try. This time I used Door Dash for delivery. Door Dash informed me that it was on it's way and it only took 30 minutes... looking good so far. The driver shows up and hands me the order and there are no drinks, 3 large drinks, kind of obvious the drinks are not there. Driver tells me that's nothing he can do and goes on to mention that he had to tell them about the shakes and the place(Burger King)was a mess. I took the food in the house, checked it (more missing items)and called BK. Again I hear there is nothing they can do... unless I send someone up to get the drinks and the other missing items. Door Dash has already left, so I decided to head up there to pick up my items and check out this mess of a BK. There was no mess... the place was just fine. They handed me the missing items and was very nice about it. The food ordered was typical BK. They got our burgers done as requested and marked the differences on the wrappers. If it wasn't for the missing items there wouldn't have been any issue at all. I will not use Door Dash again or at least I will not tip until I receive the order. The receipt had every detail on it, both BK and Door Dash is at fault, but Door Dash should has verified everything was there before leaving. My only regret is the 18% tip to...
Read moreI waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes before I was even able to order. No less than 5 cars ahead of me left before even ordering. There were only 2 staff members working and they were hustling! Dominic and his 1 other co-worker did an amazing job! They deserve a bonus/award. But a 50+ minutes drive thru time is appalling. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years and have never experienced something like this. 2 staff members on a busy night. I also understand that staffing is based upon hourly sales. The sales have got to be awful when you can only process one car every 8-10 minutes. Then to think of all the lost sales from cars just leaving the restaurant without ordering. Whoever manages that particular location must be the most inexperienced employee, or just completely inept in order to let something like that happens. The employee at the location informed me that this was not the first time anything like that happened. This should never be a reoccurring issue. The country is opening back up and staffing needs to recognize the influx in customers, especially visitors to the area. Again, amazing job by the staff there that night, awful job...
