Terrible terrible terrible The girl inside I went in because I wanted to see what type of salads they have The girl put a cold salad with my french fries and chicken nuggets until I told her don't do that then I asked for a cold brew coffee chocolate It was a cup she filled with soda dumped it out and then filled the coffee no cream in it no sugar no taste no chocolate black coffee she insisted on putting my cold with my heart she did not give me anything for the salad and then I had to briefly walk her through her job it's not that hard to be a customer and it's not that hard to be a worker she knows her job I shouldn't have to tell her to do it but mind you her lashes were on somewhat straight but she has no common sense now the guy that is slow I think he has down syndrome He's the best she should take a lot of pointers and a class or two off of him or follow him because he does everything to wonderful so again the young man that's at the window that is slow he is actually a good guy perfect employee........ If you could have more of him and get rid of the girl at the register was somewhat of the perfect butterfly lashes because she has no idea what she's doing.. she needs to get a hot selfie bucket of water and start wiping the seats down and tables it's dirty in there If I knew it was that dirty in there I would go to the one in wyomissing and that's where I'm going to...
Read moreI walked through the door of the wendy's, noticing a sign that said "all soft drinks- a dollar any size." I went through the door amd walked towards the counter. At least four young men stood there near the French fry area all facing each other and talking. At least three of them made eye contact with me multiple times. It was so weird that they didn't at least tell me they would be right with me. I stood there for a problem about 2 minutes before an elderly woman walked forward and took my order. While she was very kind She didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for the dollar soft drink. One of the men that we're standing in the group came over and showed her where it was on the screen. He appeared to be the manager since he had a different color shirt than all the other employees. I got me large chili and fountain drink and went to a booth. The restaurant appeared clean but very outdated with tears in many of the seat cushions. My food was delicious and hot. I absolutly love eating at a restaurant that has the newer type of soda machines with dozens and dozens of options. The restroom was also clean, but very outdated. As i observed the group of employees further, they all seemed to be moving slowly and possibly high. It's was very odd to say the least but I would eat here again since the food was so...
Read moreThe levels of dysfunction and incompetence at this store are beyond anything else I've ever seen. First off, everything at this place is slow. There's nothing fast about it. Despite being staffed, half the staff is playing on their phones or sitting outside on the curb, right in front of the doors, smoking. Those inside aren't doing much. There's only ever like one person actually working. The others are stoned, like dazed and confused stoned, for real. No kidding. They're standing there staring off into space and stuff around them is beeping and the one guy that is working is yelling at them and yet they are totally checked out and oblivious to the world going on around them. The other trick they pull is to close the dining room at random times, forcing everyone through the drive thru window. This creates a line of 10 cars and when you see that it means it's going to take 30min to get your food.
Now, when you do get your food, you better check the order before you drive away because it's a sure bet they forgot stuff, like the fries or even the sandwich you ordered - back to the stoned staff as the root cause of this one.
The only reason anyone keeps going here is that there isn't much else nearby. Try Julies or drive a little further into the crummy Sinking Spring traffic and go to the...
