This is for Kristi - Manager Let me start by saying I went visit this place back in April 28 looking for a place to have dinner after my wedding on June 26. Yes 12 days from now! At that time the employee gave us a piece of paper ripped out of a notebook š³ to write down whatever information we can provide so Kristi can call us back. She called that same night and provided the following information: Yes, date is available, due to the amount of people 25-30 we donāt have space inside but the outdoor patio is available (which I LOVE it) also the employee point it out the cafe next door will be close so we can use the space without any problem. Cake will have to arrive close to the time because we donāt have space (understandable) she suggested to select at least 10 items from the menu so we donāt have our guests ordering all over the place. PERFECT! We sent the email with the menu selections 2 weeks ago and apparently she was calling the Maid of Honor and she was out of state, but canāt email her responses until TODAY! I got a call from my Maid of Honor saying that Krisi brought up all this excuses about āthe weather changing if we had a back up plan, that we never confirmed, the menu should be ONLY 3 items, also mentioned a non refundable deposit, gratuities, the small kitchen etc...ā Let me tell you something WE do have the $$$, we had the fancy glasses and I donāt mind paying for the champagne, I wanted the outdoor because my wedding ceremony is at Emerald Bay = Outdoor. We wanted something informal because our guest are informal and we like for everyone to be comfortable & welcome. If you had all this requirements for your business reservations then you should have email us that information in a CONTRACT back in April, 2 months ago! Your employees needed to be more trained before offering ANYTHING because if the cafe next door would happened to be open and they had an issue with us having our wedding guests there then WHO would be responsible? If youāll like to do business then email everything at the time NOT 12 days before come up with a bunch of non sense excuses to make the bride & groom start running all over at distance because we live in Las Vegas and traveling out there for the wedding. Thank you but NOT it seems like our humble 30 wedding guest list is not enough to full-fill your business at this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt 4PM, we couldn't find a better option than this. The cafe had limited seating, but it was sufficient for our group. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions of our orders, which were being prepared while we placed them. To start, we had nachos with various salsas to sample. The nachos and salsas were fresh, although we had expected the salsas to have a more salsa-like consistency rather than being like sauce or paste. Nonetheless, they were still enjoyable. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Chile Relleno. It had the perfect combination of flavors, pleasing everyone at the table so much that we ordered another plate. The seasonal veggie burrito bowl was also quite good. We were initially skeptical about the Chicken Chimichanga burrito since it was deep-fried, but it turned out to be surprisingly good, not greasy at all. However, it could have benefited from more sauce. We also tried a veggie taco and a fish taco. The veggie taco was loaded with toppings and had a delicious taste. Unfortunately, the fish taco was disappointing as it tasted mostly like deep-fried batter with no distinct fish flavor. Recommend skipping the fish taco. Aside from that, our experience at the restaurant was definitely five-star. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will certainly remember the Chile Relleno. We may even return specifically...

However, there were a few points of concern. -Broken light: There was a broken light fixture directly above our table, hanging on at a concerning angle... -Order communication problems: my main issue with the experience was that I ordered an entree because it was advertised as coming with a certain side, and they did not notify me that they were out of that side when we ordered. When I went up to the counter with my food to ask about it, that's when they let me know they were out, but they did not offer any way to "make it right" as would be standard practice in customer service. Since this establishment has people pay before getting food, there was no path to get a discount for the partial food. -The chips... : when my food came, instead of the advertised side I had ordered it for, there were six chips. Six of em. We counted because it was so funny to us. Those at our table who got burritos also commented on the humorously small amount of chips that came with their food. -I wrote separate review segments on poor child friendliness and parking.
Other than these concerns, some of which are hopefully localized to just our experience, it seems like a good place with...
