Chubby's Pizza & Whippy Dip — Restaurant in South Lebanon

Ordered about 52 dollars of food, a cheeseburger, some fries, a salad, a box of shrimp with 2 hush puppies, cheese curds, some cheese bread stuff, and chicken wings.

For one, we waited an hour and a half for these items. Which is completely unbelievable. That food better be from Jesus’s back trunk if it’s an hour and a half.

For two, when we got the food. All of the food you’d think would be warm was cold from sitting out so long. And all of the cold food was warm, the salad was all wilty and gross from being warm too!

For three, the shrimp basket, I ordered extra shrimp, and I got a total of 7 shrimp. Who makes an expensive basket, puts 4-5 shrimp in there. And when somebody asks for extra you throw an extra 2-3 in there. The shrimp was cold too. And I didn’t receive ANY cocktail sauce with it. Not sure if I had to flipping opt into the cocktail sauce but regardless.

Four, the chicken wings we received only had 5 pieces in it. Small pieces. And finally, final point, the fries were completely unsalted with no flavor, and were cold and gross when we got them.

I’d honestly not eat here unless you order one or two items, like a single pizza or a cheeseburger and fries, so you aren’t waiting over an hour and a half for the same price that you could go to McDonald’s or Pizza Hut and get twice the food at a...

We have been dining here for over 5 years and tonight's experience by far was the worse we have ever received from any pizza restaurant. We had called and we were told they no longer deliver to our location which is 3 mins down the road from them!

When we picked up our food we received what looked like the saddest looking 17 dollar pizza we have ever seen, which was ice cold and our wings as well were just barely warm. Thankfully when we called to complain they voided our whole order but the first thing they told us that they KNEW we were receiving sub par quality food because part of our order was given to another customer. Normally I don't complain about things like this online but this company is knowingly having people pay for cold and WRONGLY prepared food.

We will NOT be using Chubby's as our choice of pizza place for now on. As much as we love supporting local businesses, this one is no longer on that list and I'll be sure to inform that as well to our friend's and family that Chubby's is no longer the same pizza place we had held in high regard in our family for years.

Terrible customer relations due to the staff over there hanging up on a customer that had a order on 1/15 at 3:46 pm and got a pizza that was totally made wrong,promised a future comp pizza,....I even asked the man on the phone after the call and he clearly told me and reassured me that that's all I had to do was give my phone number which I called and met by some very rude not understanding and not getting to the correct decision maker which none of them wanted to claim the manager I don't believe a manager is not there on Sunday so he clearly was lying probably a younger fellow that I talked to but anyways I'll be posting this on platforms no worries it's going to hurt you guys more than it'll ever hurt me but if I suggested chubby's yes stay away from their personnel maybe they could hire robots that could handle somebody better than what they did and what was promised in I will be seeking out the owner and the and they're going to figure out who did that cuz you guys stink...
