Myself, friend’s daughter and friend went to Starbucks within target on 11/14/24 around 4:50pm and the girl working behind the counter was very rude. With a line of customers, she didn’t say a word and continued messing around with things in the store and not helping customers. When someone asked about red cup day, she was very rude in telling them she didn’t have anymore. When my friend’s daughter requested sweet cream foam on her coffee, which I was standing 3-4ft away from her and heard her request it, but when she picked up her drink at the counter it did not have sweet cream foam. When asked about the sweet cream foam that was missing, the girl rudely responded “well I didn’t hear her ask for that. You’ll have to pay extra for that”. And was just overall very disrespectful and unkind. I ended up leaving with my friend’s daughter and friend and didn’t even end up getting a drink for myself or my friend because of how disrespectful and inconsiderate the girl was. Please learn to be kind and do better. I understand working alone can be stressful, but communication and kindness goes a long way compared to what I encountered this afternoon. Read moreI usually never have a problem with this Starbucks. However, the Barista this morning was very rude. I went back to the counter after shopping around in Target for a few minutes. Reason being, my pumpkin spice tasted like pure espresso, with the smallest hint of spice. I took a drink 4 different times to make sure I wasn't imagining it. I normally LOVE this latte, I've had it like 6 times already this season at several different locations, and they all tasted amazing. I politely asked for some more pumpkin if possible. She proceeds to ask if I normally like it doubled. I said I never order it that way. She proceeds to then tell me my taste buds are off and makes fun of me in front of the other customers.
