Benito's Pizza South Lyon — Restaurant in South Lyon

I have been going to benito's 1-2 times a week for years, never had a issues with this before, ordered 1 double cheese large hardly had any cheese on it, even less sauce,i called up and talked to the person who made my pizza, when asked if i wanted a credit for 1 large double cheese . i said yes then was asked if i wanted to come back to get it now or a other day, i said a other day since i was already home and was not able to leave to make a other trip back, The next day i went in to use my credit for the pizza, they rang it up ask said that will be $5.00. i said the credit that was promised was for a free pizza same order 1 large double cheese. Then i was told i can claim the full credit for it that same night/day of when the pizza was ordered. any day after if only half credit. Seems i was expected to make a full 30 min trip back to Benito's that night when it was inconvenient for me and unable to leave the house again, i was pretty upset i was not told this at the time i was offered the credit for 1 large double cheese, it was very misleading to not be informed about that. i even had a manager argue with me saying that's how corporate Wants it now. I ended up just leaving that day. and not settling to have to pay for something that should of been made right as promised. I took my business to Little Caesars and have not...

I was in town visiting relatives for the holiday and they ordered from here. I was blown away at how good the quality is, especially at a smaller mom and pops type pizzeria! The ingredients taste fresh like they just made them that day. The menu is huge and I think by the time we went back home we tried almost everything on the menu! I particularly love the fresh subs and the pastas which you can't get at most pizzerias. My relatives said they just started ordering from them and they are bummed they haven't tried them before. They like the consistency and the good customer service they get every time. They even said the owner (Craig?) works everyday, which is also rare these days.
