Unbelievable service, I walk in and the lady in food prep has her gloves on that she prepares the food with while she's holding her cell phone staring straight at me without even saying hello or letting the cashier know I'm there? So the cashier steps over beside the ice cream machine and looks right at me without saying a word and they continue their conversation with the person on the phone.. So I decided to attempt to use one of the 4 touch screen order kiosks since I'm obviously not going to get service from a human, and yes you guessed it, they all are frozen. So I step back to the counter and ask for help and they literally both looked right at me then continue their conversation! I couldn't believe all of it. I work in the food industry the food prep gloves while holding a phone alone are a Healthcode violation, much less the awful attitude of all three of the girls working. So I attempt to go through the drive through and just ask for a manager, the girl literally answers the drive through and kept talking over me when I was asking for assistance? I mean seriously? Read moreI ordered the whopper which is my favorite burger and they’ve always tasted good except for the one I ordered here. The meat was a little burnt and you could taste it. I also ordered to stay on the ordering app but the lady put it all in bags to go. She also didn’t give me a cup which I asked for and she said I could just use the toy cup in the kids meal. I said no, because I normally wash those cups before I use them. There was a man there that seemed to be the manager and he didn’t seem to understand that I needed a cup. He insisted I already had one, but there were 2 orders so we needed 2 cups. I just felt the staff was negligent and nonchalant. Zero eagerness to help. The only person working hard here was the cleaning lady. The place was spotless and she was working the entire time I was there. If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried to pay a large order with a $100 bill at this Burger King on 6/13/25 around 9:30 AM. The male drive-thru employee said the manager doesn’t work weekends and won’t let them open the change box.
Then he sent me to a “supervisor” who also couldn’t open it. If there’s a supervisor, why can’t they help?
It felt like I wasn’t deserving of their time, service, or respect. They were too lazy to call or text the manager and just brushed me off.
I work all week to have a relaxing weekend. Instead, mine and my kid’s whole Saturday was ruined by this nonsense. My kid won’t eat anything else, and my family was left stressed and upset.
This should never happen again.
I want to see this fixed so I can keep visiting this location since it’s the closest one.
I will consider taking down this review if Burger King addresses this issue and provides appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and...
