This is Benny, the owner of Benny’s Pizza. I would like to address Teresa Diez’s review here as Google Business is not functioning properly for me to reply directly. Ms. Diez, although you have the right to post your opinions on this public forum, I would like to ensure that it is accurate as you left out some pertinent information. You failed to mention that the pizza was ordered 24 hours prior to calling me or writing this review. You never once mentioned the word “exchange”, which would mean to exchange the pizza that you received for a new one. Instead you demanded that I make you another pizza for free, 24 hours after the fact. You insinuated that the dough was “old”. I informed you that that was impossible as we make our dough fresh daily. You indicated that it had very little filling. Had you brought the pizza back in the night before for inspection I would have gladly replaced it, just for the mere fact of you having to go through the trouble of returning. But to call the day after and demand a replacement based on claims that cannot be substantiated is a lot to expect. To be fair, however, I did offer to make you another pizza at half price. At no point in the conversation did I say “No Way!” to you. Your response was that if I didn’t give you a free pizza then you would write a bad review. My response was, “have at it”. I take pride in serving my customers FRESH ingredients daily, providing excellent customer service, and fairly addressing any concerns. The resolution I offered you was...

Instead of the $54 I was expecting, at the absolute most. A additional $20 increase. The biggest complaint aside from price as a whole is the Philly cheesesteak is in fact not a Philly cheesesteak by any stretch of the imagination. Their Philly cheesesteak involves putting steak on a regular cheese pizza. No onion, no peppers, nothing. Benny’s has been a staple in our house for years. Quality has significantly gone down over the last year or 2. The last time I ordered a Cesar salad was a joke as well. The Cesar dressing was horrid and a bright yellow in color: I’m not sure what has changed. But it’s quite...
Read moreBenny's is a very traditional small town pizzeria. It looks small, it is small as there is very little in store seating for dining. This place is mostly take out. The food is excellent. They don't reinvent the wheel, they do a few things and do them very well, and I appreciate that. The staff is friendly and efficient. The prices are average, and that's fine. If you want great pizza and subs without the fuss, get in and get out, then you'll really enjoy this location. There's a small parking lot, and they...
