I placed my order on the Dunkin App, about 5 minutes before I was to arrive. When I got to the drive thru, I told them I had ordered already and they asked me to pull forward. I wasn't spoken to again for over 5 minutes. Then a girl comes to the window and tells me that they are out of chicken for my sandwich, and asks what kind of meat I wanted instead. When I order on the app, it is for speed of service. They had one other customer in the lobby, and no excuse for not calling the phone number that is attached to my order to let me know with plenty of time that there was going to be an issue with my order. She then disappears for another 7 minutes, and comes back with my drink. I try a sip of it, and it's totally wrong. I wait another 6 minutes before she comes back with my food, and decide to just tell her to add the sugar I ordered (it had none at all), so that she didn't waste the time remaking it completely. She glared at me while she handed the drink to me after 'fixing it,' and even then it tasted like she put half a shot of syrup in, like the liquid sugar pump was out and she didn't refill it or even attempt to give me a proper amount. I was 10 minutes late to work. Thanks, Dunkin. I have lost respect for you and your service. I come here all the time and have never been treated like this before. I didn't even get an apology for the time wasted, for the product being out, or for completely forgetting an integral component of my drink. I know these are first-world problems, but I don't appreciate being advertised a paid service that I can't actually have (i.e. fast, accurate customer service). I'm done going to this location, we'll see if going out of the way will actually make me on time for work and satisfied with my meal...
Read moreGlazed Blueberry Donut: Knowing my personal preferences, this doughnut looks terrible on paper. Iâm not big of fruity desserts, itâs a cake doughnut (I prefer yeast), and itâs from Dunkinâ(DD). Overall, DD has been more miss than hit for me. Whatâs worse is with DD being as numerous as they are in my area, they are often the only type of doughnuts brought to work meetings and social events. It got to the point that I no longer even cared for doughnuts as a dessert because I thought all doughnuts tasted as bad as DD. When a sole Krispy Kreme opened in my state (along with numerous âcraft doughnutâ shops) I realized doughnuts could actually taste good. In recent years I have managed to discover a minuscule variety of acceptable flavors from DD. The Glazed Blueberry Donut is one of those flavors as it continues to defy my expectations. Itâs even better than a blueberry muffin. Sweeter, thanks to the glaze, but not overly so. For DD it tastes relatively fresh and has a thick and chewy texture. This will divide some, but the blueberry flavor is pleasantly artificial, which is how I like it. Iâm still feeling a bit nonplussed, but this doughnut from Dunkinâ is Doughboy approved đ My top Doughnuts from Dunkinâ: Glazed Blueberry Coffee...

But then again it cant be their fault it is the districts managers fault who is never there to check on them. I am writing this as a result of multiple visits here and i was really praying that they will pick it up and figure it out but no, they dont go out of their way to help you and they dont think outside the box. do not go here you will be...
