This place has the worst customer service organizations that I have seen in years. I went to have my racket re string and was told it would be at least 2 days. One the third day I called and said it was not done and asked when it would be done. told not sure they guy is not there. Called on day 7 and the kid (he was 16) and said it was not done and there a lot of rackets that have to get done. I was told I could come back and get my money back if I was not happy. I drive 20 minutes to get my money and the poor kid said that he does not know how to give me my money and I was going to get a credit for services. I said know and it take almost an hour to get in touch with a manager. Take away from this? They do not care about the customers and there were people waiting for theirs rackets even long than me, they have poor stringers if they are so over loaded and very poor training if a front desk manager cannot give a clients...
Read moreITennis in South Pasadena instructors DO not teach small kids how to hit the tennis ball at all.. They make them pass the ball, rolling it on the ground, in a circle with nine kids without clear directions. And the ball is lost with the third kid, never making it to the rest of the kids in the circle. The drills need to be broken down into several steps in a fun way for the kiddos. The multi step long winded directions are useless The kids are almost never taught how to hit the ball over the net or how to hold the racquet for any proper stroke Glendale and Arcadia cities have better programs for kids, unless you want to pay iTennis south Pasadena $90/hr for private lessons and have your kid pickup balls Pros: close to a nice city park to have your kid play other sports and have real fun after a group...
Read moreITennis in South Pasadena is just waste of time. The coaches here are just terrible. They let the kids pretty much spend majority of class playing game that are not tennis related. And especially for beginners, the coach will rarely give them any chance to try to hit the ball. The coaches are extremely slow in feeding the balls and rarely teaches the forms for kids. There are coaches who are late to the lesson, and the reason is them chatting with other coaches in another court, and didn’t seem to care to show up class 10-15 mins late.
Stay away from iTennis...
