The food at this restaurant is actually really good, but the app experience is terrible. I couldn’t use a coupon for at least 15 minutes after getting it, which made me consider leaving altogether — that’s how many orders you're probably losing. Also, I specifically selected table service to see how it worked, but the girl just stood there yelling out the table number instead of bringing it over. It felt like the staff were either unaware or just ignoring the service setup. If you’re going to offer these features, please make sure they actually work. They get two stars because one they were screaming my number and didn’t bring my drink. I wanted to see if table service actually worked and they couldn’t walk a few feet to deliver it when I definitely asked for table service and secondly, it’s not the store. It’s the app you’re going to absolutely lose food orders from not making it five minutes delayed because multiple people could be ordering from one app. if I had wanted to, I wanted to try table service I was very frustrated why it was a dark girl and she just kept screaming table 115 not even with the word table. She was very well aware that it was table service I wanted to try it. I sat there and took the time to go through the app and order from my table to get table service so I guess this is not working from McDonald’s cause they’re still just gonna scream doesn’t table service mean when it says you can sit down and order scan this code and you can order from your table and somebody’s gonna bring it...

There was a miscommunication when I ordered and while I was trying to explain to the very kind woman handing me my food, another employee who I can only assume was a manager stormed up behind her and demanded to know what was wrong. I started explaining again, fully intending to pay for the missing part of my order as these things happen. However, the manager proceeded to talk over me and start scoffing and growing visibly frustrated, then stormed off with my food. The woman at the window tried to communicate to her what was happening and got snapped at. I asked for my food back and let the manager know I thought her behavior was completely inappropriate. It's a tough time out there, I get it, and I'm sure some angry customers come through every day. Also it's McDonald's, I'm not expecting to be treated like royalty. But I have never in my life been treated so poorly at a McDonald's as I was here. I feel really sorry for the manager for obviously carrying such misery around in her heart, and I feel sorry for the other employees who probably get yelled at by her all day. Absolutely...

It started with the person taking my order wasn’t listening and had to repeat the order 3 times because he was more interested in what his buddies were doing in the restaurant, then I get to the window and I’m greeted with a dripping milk shade that was wiped with a dish rag. I asked for a second cup and asked if he would accept this?! He said yes he would! I said really for four dollars this is acceptable? He then said I disrespected him for calling him out on his BS. He then made me a second shake that I didn’t trust after my first encounter and I threw it in the trash. No manger in sight! Waisted $7 bucks on 2 shakes and tried to call and the phone was off the hook. Avoid this location at all costs. I wish I could put no stars because they’re not worthy of the one...
