I went on weekday around 1pm order to go. The looks of the restaurant can be category as a family run or Cafe style. I love small business. It's quiet day and about 2 or 3 tables still eating and 1 order on the counter ready to be pickup. After I ordered, there many people still come to eat like the restaurant half full. And few more orders to go. My order were Beef Chow Fun and HK style Pan-Fried Noodles. The wait time 15 to 20 mins. Nowadays, it's beyond acceptable. At time, many restaurant wait time is like 30 minutes. The service is very friendly and they bring the order to you. The Beef Chow Fun is a bit oily and less bean spout compared to many restaurants. However, it does give you lot of beef for the price. The Pan-Fried Noodles almost perfect. First, I like how they put a foil underneath to protect the noodles from burning the to go box. Yes, Crispy and Crunchy Noodles. If the chef can make this less salty, would be perfect score. It's also gave you lots of veggies and meat. I would definitely comeback to try other dishes. Round 2* We ordered the eggplant, house chow mein, and shrimps Walnuts to go. The eggplant so so, the taste wasn't the same as others. It's hard to tell what type of cuisine or region. The best was the chow mein and always good portion for your money and tasty. You can feel the Wok Hei (fire from the wok). The shrimps Walnuts OK. It's lightly coat & deep fried more importantly the shrimps still crunchy when you bite into it but a little bit of saltiness. Overall, for takeout...

I placed my order to be delivered at 6:02 pm Friday February 2, 2024. I was told 30 minutes the time is 7:37 pm and still no food. I called and yes they have my order but did not prepare it and argued with me about what website I placed order on, which was the only website for the business. Then I am told they will make it but cant quarantee the time of delivery. They close soon!! Is it just me or am I crazy that customer service has completely gone so far out of our society? The expectation of businesses to get tips, good reviews takes priority over the knowledge that CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS PRIORITY since without us they have no business. I work in the food service industry and I could never imagine treating customers so poorly by ignoring them then expect that they must accept whatever offer to correct the issue, when the only response should be "Im so sorry we will make your food immediately and WE will deliver it right away" and maybe not charge for one of the dishes of a...

We came in at around 2pm on a Sunday. The staff was polite and hospitable, and the interior of the place was quite clean and had a homey atmosphere.

We ordered the Sesame Chicken and Honey Walnut Prawn lunch specials, which included soup and a side of rice at around 12 dollars a pop. Both dishes arrived at our tables fairly quickly and we enjoyed them very much. You get plenty of chicken for the price, and the pieces are lightly fried and covered in sauce and sesame seeds. The flavor is sweet and savory, and I would definitely order it again. For the walnut prawns, you get 6 pieces for around 13 dollars. They were slightly less crispy than the chicken and the flavor also wasn't as strong, but they were still delicious.

Overall, I had a great time dining at New Dragon Garden and would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're...
