I recently moved in with one of my friends and needed a bed. I already found a frame on Walmart that was coming in on Wednesday, so I knew exactly where to head. I purchased my previous bed in New York from a mattress firm, and remember that during the president weekend they normally have a really awesome sale. My friend and I drove over here after work to find that the location was relatively empty. Maybe one other couple walked in while we were there and also purchased a bed for a child. The woman who was there, I want to say her name is Erica, was very kind. I walked around a bit by myself very quietly, which normally freaks a lot of people out, especially since I am a large black person. Erica did not seem to mind this nor did it seem to make her uneasy. I normally do research while I'm in a store to figure out what things I want to ask and get. Since each store is very different from their website, it's easier for me to do my research in the store. Then it would be to do it before going to the store. Erica was kind and waiting though. She also did ask every now and then to check if I was okay. I was possibly in the store for a good 20 minutes in total. I ended up buying a bed and getting the president's weekend deal. I paid half price for a really awesome bed that will be coming in soon. I definitely recommend this location to anyone, Erica seemed extremely chill. I just recently bought a mattress at Sleep Train and I can't speak for how much I love the mattress yet(it is being delivered) but I can definitely talk about the wonderful experience I had purchasing a mattress there and talking to the salesperson, James Timberlake (Jim).

Jim was amazing at talking to me about the beds on the showroom and answering all my questions, including the hypothetical edge cases that generally make me worry about spending money on a mattress. Even after answering all my questions, we chit-chatted about his Navy days and our general travels while I was laying down and trying to figure out if I wanted a medium or firm bed. In that time I found out that the medium bed was too plushy for me since I could already feel my back starting to hurt, so I went with the firm.

The store was a little slow at the time, but we probably talked for a good 20+ minutes and he definitely did not need to do that. This is why I like going to brick and mortar stores, you can't get these type of experiences when you shop online. Some elderly people like myself get one or more health problems like arthritis, asthma, COPD, osteoporosis and a lot more. Sometimes it's harder to get out of bed. So I had to get a adjustable bed & mattress. Like a hospital bed. The sales person I had I can't remember her name was with me through the whole ordeal which made me feel comfortable relaxed and I got through it so did she. I just want to thank them for all their help and hard work they made me feel good about my purchase and it was marked down a lot and you know how it is on a budget I was able to walk out the store with what I was looking for and it was delivered within 3 days it was delivered they set it up showed me everything on how to use the remote.
