I was highly displeased with my Taco Bell experience today. To start things off, as I am ordering the food, I am told by the nice lady that the grill is down. I continue with the remainder of my order, and some guy interrupted me, yelling that the grill is down, and no tortilla products were available. Pardon the heck out of me, I've never worked at a Taco Bell, and didn't first catch the correlation between grill and soft tacos! Anyway, pull to the window and pay, then receive the drink. We are asked to pull forward while the food is being prepared. No big deal. A few minutes later, the nice lady brought out a bag of tacos. It was short by 4. Also, no taco sauce. I went inside without receipt, because I wasn't given one, and informed the young gentleman at the counter that I was missing 4 tacos. He turns to another guy, repeats my comment, and this ends up being the rude guy that interrupted me during my order. Mr. Rude guy stays true to his nature, and makes comments insinuating that I must be mistaken in my ability to count to 10. As the remainder of the employees are made aware of the situation, a lady says it was her fault, an oversight on the order, and she would fix me right up. She apologized immediately, and again after I was handed a new bag of tacos(with sauce this time). So, while one person is at the window dealing with a customer, the kid that was at the counter earlier went to stocking food on the prep station, the nice lady was making my missing tacos, and Mr. Rude was in the back office face timing someone on his phone, talking loud enough to be heard up front. Not very professional at all. For the remainder of my 30 day stay in the area, I'll be sure to go to an Iowa location of Taco Bell if I feel the need to "run for the border". They tend to be nicer, in my whole 14 hours experience of the Sioux City/South...

There was no chicken or barely any chicken in my quesadilla asked for my fries to be fresh when I ordered did not give me fresh fries. Had to go back up and get them remade where the girl had an attitude because I was asking that they get remade stating it would be three minutes. I told her I would wait five as long as I got fresh fries Left still hungry after paying $18.03 for a quesadilla and a five dollar box was the most ridiculous experience I ever had when I could not find the five dollar box on the kiosk. The employee asked me did I need glasses to see only she couldn’t find it either Customer service is nonexistent. Food is disgusting and not enough to fill up. A toddler. Prices are ridiculous for product that you are receiving and being charged for product that you...
Read moreSkip this Taco Bell. Go elsewhere.
This Taco Bell was extremely disappointing. We pulled up and saw that there were people inside. And the hours on the door stated that the dining area was open. So we placed our order on the app to be able to take advantage of the app only deals. After ordering we got out of the car and went to the door, only to find it locked. Every door was locked. We knocked on the door and we were ignored. So I called the number listed on Google Maps and was told the dining room was closed and we needed to go through the drive through to get our food. The drive through line that had 2 cars in front of us took about 20 minutes to get through. Insane. And instead of having hot tacos. My family got to eat soggy food in a hotel room. If we could have canceled our mobile order, we would have. There should have been a sign on the door stating the dining...
