Mi Familia Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in South Sioux City

Ordered food from Mi famila tonight. Not the first time they have messed up on our order. Every time we do not get our tortillas for our fajitas. This is NOT a door dash issue, as I pick out my tortillas on door dash. Last time this happened, Mi Familia said call us right after you order, will make sure you get your tortillas. Did that, lady said yep ill make sure the back knows. Order comes, no tortillas. Called Mi Familia, first they tried to blame it on door dash. When I said no this a restaurant problem, they tried to blame new hires. I said it can't be new hires as this the 3rd time it's happened. I then asked for the owner. I was told the owner is in Mexico and they don't know when she will be back. I asked who was running her business then that could actually help me. The man had no answer of who's in charge or how anyone could help. Don't waste your time or money. This restaurant obviously does not care about...

We have ordered here several times without any major issues until tonight...was half way through eating my fajita quesadilla and pulled this piece of melted plastic out of the middle of the Fajita Quesadilla Mix. I assume I have ingested melted plastic due to it being cooked in the food. Immediately reached out to door dash for a refund which was issued without problem but decided to call the store itself to let them know what happened and the lady I spoke to didnt seem all too concerned about it like it was no big deal and just told me to contact DoorDash for the refund. Im completely disgusted and want to thrown up now. We will not be ordering...

Margaritas were pretty boring, couldn't really taste tequila and the lime flavor wasn't that great. The fajitas for 2 were huge, flavor was alright, nothing too impressive, but what was really disappointing was there was hardly any meat. It was about 25% meat and 75% peppers and onions. I am a huge Mexican food fan and it smelled amazing walking up to the place, but I just want that impressed and can say that I would go out of my way to come back to try another dish solely because the margaritas were not good.
