I don't often leave comments, but this particular location is a consistent disappointment. I want to chalk it up to being a relatively new location, but my experiences are too consistent to be random occurrences. In my past three visits, I tried going through the drive thru lane. After five minutes and only moving up a single car length, still being four to five cars away from even placing my order, I've given up and left.
Like many others have noted, I've also encountered the "out of doughnuts" situation, and likewise with employees taking their time with what they're doing, like they don't have orders to fill, or a drive thru with 10 cars in line. In the same "out of doughnuts" order, my wife and I waited 10+ minutes for a sausage and cheese croissant, only to find out that the order somehow never printed. Read moreThis Dunkin’ is a disaster from start to finish. After waiting ten minutes in the drive-thru line for our order, we were told they were out of everything bagels. Could they have mentioned this sooner? Of course. Did they? Nope. When I asked why, the employee had the audacity to roll her eyes, walk away, and mock me to another employee as if I couldn’t see her. Newsflash: I did.
At that point, I was furious. I went inside to talk to the manager, and when the food finally arrived, it was as if they’d gone out of their way to make it worse. Cold, stale, and borderline inedible. The chocolate frosted donut was depressing, the bagel bites were a crime against bagels, and the plain bagel was so dense it could double as a paperweight.
