Panda Express — Restaurant in South Valley

Avoid this Panda Express. My go-to is Teriyaki Chicken. However, after I ordered it, I saw that the chicken was burnt. They were still going to serve it to me. No thanks! I remarked to the woman, "No, this chicken is burnt." Sge just shrugged. I still wanted something to eat, so I ordered the orange chicken, which was visibly passable. I have the Panda Express app on my phone so I launch it to scan for my points. A person, who I suppose is the manager runs up to tell me that they are a licensee and don't accept the app. Panda would be wise to pull their license altogether. For being inside a casino the customer service was terrible!! We walked up and waited 10 mins before we were greeted the employees were moving food items around on the line and looked at us but did not acknowledge us until I asked if they were open to which the employee replied “let me know when you’re ready” I expected so much more from this restaurant. I thought employees were trained on certain customer service characteristics. It seems like that training missed Panda Express. We will give the other restaurants in the casino a try and see...

SAVE YOURSELF DONT EAT HERE. This place is one of the nastiest places you could eat, me and my friend were completely fine no issues. Both got food poisoning literally 30min after eating this trash.
