Chopfin — Restaurant in South Whitehall Township

I was googling food near me and saw this place which I have never seen and figured it had to be new. I placed my order online for pick up which was a very easy process and I like that they had pictures of most of their items. I ordered their avocado boats w/ Ahi Tuna, red onion, cilantro and red pepper flakes. Though I thought $13 was a little on the pricey side for two avocado halves, figured I try any way. I must say the tuna was very fresh!! (just how I love it). The avocado was a little hard to scoop out, because it wasn't as fully ripened, but it had a good taste. I really like their ginger as well probably the best I've tasted and it definitely complimented the tuna and avocado. The only negative about my experience is that they forgot my pozu sauce ::sad face:: but it wasn't enough to take a star away from them because it really didn't need it. Now if it would've been for a poke bowl, then I probably would've. hahaha I will definitely be ordering again, but next time their rolls/bowls or tacos. Have to try it all! I use to go to Yaro Poke that was my favorite spot in the area. Their tuna was always fresh tasting and their bowls were delish, but unfortunately they closed their doors ::sad face:: I am glad I found this place, because their tuna is up to par with Yaro . Looking forward to try everything else...

I used to enjoy coming here pretty often, the food is decent and although slightly expensive it was usually worth it. But today’s bad customer service has changed my mind completely.

Today I had placed an order and showed up a little early, completely expecting to wait until the designated time. I called to let them know that I was outside. I did not want to rush them but to let them know that whenever the food is ready, I am outside so the food is as fresh as possible. When the food came out I was rudely told that waiting for the time is not allowed and that if I wanted the food earlier (which I didn’t) I should have chose that specific time I would be there. I thought this was very unprofessional and a simple: “give us more time for your order at X time is still being prepared”, when I called would have been perfectly fine.

Still I was given my food and I was on my way. I got home and realized that the food given was not even half filled to the portion it usually is. Barely any rice and fish, covered in sauce. Essentially I paid a lot for this food, was rudely told about the wait times, and barely got anything to eat out of it, so I will not be returning again. I was a very steady and frequent customer but after my experience today I have decided to talk with my money and will not...

So i never ever right bad reviews this is my first one ever…. No so to show u I ain’t no chad or Karen let’s begin with my experience I ordered 2 bowls and a quesadilla and 3 bobba teas….. one bowl didn’t have the right rice and the second bowl I don’t even want to begin there were more things wrong then right they messed up all everything but the sauce and protein. The lobster quesadilla is more of a snack definitely didn’t have 3 oz of lobster in it one piece didn’t have any lobster in it and is ridiculous for the price u pay it and they use a small tortilla. The boba tea was okay but right as they gave it to me it looked like the milk was separating from the drink and didn’t look appetizing at all. I’m a huge poke bowl, bobba tea guy and there’s way better company’s like aloha , yummy poke and many more. Price wasn’t bad if they gave you what you ordered but I guess today I get the short end of the stick after spending 75 dollars and tipping them the guy nick was nice I only remember that cause he had the same name might give them another chance because all the other reviews are good but I’d want someone to reach out after this review first because food was good but service and food in itself off what I...
