If I could give Zero Stars that is exactly what I would give. Horrible service, spoiled food, forgotten items, waitress was out there like on another planet. Ordered Grilled Cheese for my grandson and it had maybe a half a slice of cheese on it. Older son ordered the Chicken Stir fry and it was smothered in some kind of teriyaki marinade that it was salty and you couldn’t even taste anything else. Waitress forgot items like fries and coleslaw. No drink refills or even an offer to refill. Let them know their chicken Cesar wrap was spoiled and the waitress said no it’s not I had it yesterday it was fine. I said well it’s not fine today I actually spit it out in my napkin it’s still on the plate if you want to taste it and I hope no one else orders it because they will get sick. Did not even try to rectify anything, not even an apolog, just kept saying it was fine yesterday. Terrible place and a waste of money. Hope no one gets...
Read moreNostalgic. But not in a good way. This was a sad, bad trip back in time and space that the world forgot....and rightfully so. Horrible decor usually doesn't dictate food quality as there are plenty of dives with great food! The tip off though, should have been the almost empty parking lot. From being seated almost in the bathroom for a place that was basically empty, to the old, plastic glass completely slit so water was pouring everywhere, to the driest, blandest overcooked omelet ever ever created. Our toast felt and looked like it was toasted- twice. Yep. It was bad. The server was nice enough though saving this...
Read moreI grew up with Parkland restaurant. I've never had an experience like this anywhere! We just left from havin breakfast. The two waitresses in the dining room are unbelievably rude! Our waitress argued with our group as soon as we walked in to where and how we we're going to sit. Really? We knew how much table room we needed but she was going to let us know with her approval. We were in a large booth with added tables along the coffee serving area so as it was time to get our coats on and leave we were told to get out of the way and get out of the aisle! Never have I had an experience with a waitress telling customers to get out of the way! It's not like there was any other place to go. Maybe we should have stood along side of some other table to put our coats on? Wow...what rock did they climb out of. Didn't deserve a tip....too bad I didn't...
