I definitely could have received better service.The workmanship on my jewelry repair was sub par and as a result, I had to return for them to correct the work, for which I was almost charged twice due to a lapse in internal communication. The owner Deb did call me shortly afterwards to apologize for the confusion, however by this time I had already decided I wouldn’t be back. I also had to wait over two weeks for what should have been a simple solder and to have my jewelry still not soldered properly was disconcerting. Scott did a resizing on my 43 year old black onyx 10k gold Masonic ring. Upon looking it over after he did the work, one would be hard pressed to find anywhere on the ring that it was cut and resized. After the resizing, he cleaned and polished it up. The stone and the gold band looks as though it was just purchased brand new. The ring fits perfectly and am hardly aware that it is being worn.
